The process took one hour and we were charged 50 dollars. I called and I admit, I was pretty upset and not the kindest. I explained that I didn't think it was fair to be charged fifty dollars for one hour of work without any kind of fix or even getting to keep the battery. I asked if there was someone else I could speak with and the gentleman said that he was the only person. We were offered no other option than paying 200 dollars for a new motherboard.

It can be hard/frustrating for me to find things sometimes and he was able to find every movie I wanted on dvd in a matter of seconds and offered to go out of his way to actually help me. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because their vinyl selection is bleh and their vinyls are really overpriced. Overall though it is a cool store and they have a huge variety of stuff. If you can't find something interesting here I'd be surprised. I was happy with their selection of movies though and the prices were fair for those I guess.
