Instead they sent a container of white mums with the tops spray painted red. It was about the ugliest arrangement I have ever seen. I wish this site would allow photos so you can see what they sent. I called and complained and was assured that the arrangement I ordered would be sent the next day in time for Christmas Eve. When the flowers had not arrived by 4 PM on Christmas Eve, I called and was told that they had changed the delivery date to December 26th. No one had contacted me to tell me this. I would not walk, but run from doing any business with these people.

Jennifer is an artist first, and it shows. She made a beautiful mix of flowers with rich textures arranged with sophistication and artistry. Value? I see something in there that's going to bloom in a few days, extending the life of the bouquet for longer than usual. Clean, natural arrangement, no gimmicks. After speaking with Debbie about this (for a six minute conversation), she kept telling me I got more than what I should have. She said that the cost of flowers goes up on Valentine's Day, so per the amount I paid ($70 for the largest arrangement option for 'Teleflora's Enchanted Cottage - Premium'), I got what was a result of growers hiking up prices specifically on Valentine's Day. She said that she never received a complaint about this particular issue before. She then told me that she was done and hung up on me. She would not budge, which is too bad. I would have been a repeat customer. The white roses my mother did get look beautiful, so my one star is not for the quality of the actual flowers used, it is for misrepresenting what you will actually receive when you order it - Valentine's Day or not, and then explaining to me that I did not get what I ordered because of the prices the growers charge. Solution: Change your prices on the website to charge more due to any grower's price hike so that I receive what I order - don't just downgrade and expect me to be ok with it.
