There were no other people working and also absolutely no music or anything. The woman doing my nails had no idea where anything was. It was pretty dirty for a nail salon too. She burned my nails a few times with the nail drill. The worst part was she used a previously opened lotion package (looks like to go sauce from Culver's for ranch) and used it on my hands. Not only did it smell awful but it was like a cottage cheese consistency. Will not be going back.

The second time I tried to let them make it right and they first told me that they couldn't even see what the problem was, even though in these photos you can tell how obviously bad they look (this photo was taken AFTER I went back in and honestly I think they somehow made it worse!) Then they told me that a clear polish will always have "dust" specs in it. Which is definitely not true because I've had plenty of French manicures in my life and literally never had this happen. And also tried to blame it on the fact that I had my nails done "awhile ago," despite the fact that I noticed this issue two days after I first got them done. The owner and nail tech were incredibly rude, and though they were speaking in another language, body language speaks volumes. Their solution? Slap another clear coat over it and call it a day. After the nail tech finished "fixing" my nails, he walked out without saying anything. What they should have done? Apologized, completely removed the polish, had me WASH my hands (to get rid of the dust, duh!) and redid the clear coat or offered to do a solid color if that's their only solution to cover up shoddy work. Instead they were rude and lazy. I will never go back here and I will make sure that all my friends know not to waste their money here!

The young couple who own this place are lovely people but they have no respect for your time. My…read morefriend and I made an appointment and when we got there they were all busy. They gave us the usual, "pick your color" and then we didn't get any service for nearly 20 minutes. We were on time, why couldn't they be. There were two other people who made appointments and winded up sitting and waiting. I was visiting from elsewhere but my friend has gone there a few times before and says they are rarely on time for appointments. Then they chit chat in their native language (very rude). The female owner is good and very nice but I don't want to spend my day in there and we wound up being in there for well over an hour. Plus they don't polish all the way down so that after a week you have a fairly big opening at the bottom of your nail and I didn't like that either. My friend said she will not go back after this with all their late starts.
