The vibes are there, love the light fixtures and it's very clean. Such a beautiful salon! The service was great, they even offer free beverages, water, soda, or wine, whatever you want! I went in without an appointment and they got me right in for a pedicure. My nail tech Pone was so amazing and knowledgeable! She educated me on my cuticles and shaped my nails to the perfect square without me even asking! Pricing was comparable to other salons I've tried. For a gel pedicure I paid around $50. The salon is chic, very clean and bright and had plenty of space for everyone. I *know* I was hard to work on that day but the quality of work was still incredible despite the added challenge of extra tension and movement. We had a wedding to go to and I was thrilled with my nails the whole weekend! I literally slammed my right hand in the car door the following day and none of the smashed nails fell off until after a week and a half of growth and additional stress on the damaged hand only- my left hand is grown out af but still in immaculate shape. The wedding was the last weekend of April. That's chaos-tested and approved nail craftsmanship! I can't wait to return, everyone I know who gets their nails done knows I loved my experience and recommend them to everyone.

There were no other people working and also absolutely no music or anything. The woman doing my nails had no idea where anything was. It was pretty dirty for a nail salon too. She burned my nails a few times with the nail drill. The worst part was she used a previously opened lotion package (looks like to go sauce from Culver's for ranch) and used it on my hands. There is build up around my nails and in my nail beds that Jocelyn refused to fix. I expressed my concerns, but my concerns kept getting dismissed. My nails feel like they have stuff stuck under them and they are very uncomfortable and rough. The tips were glued to my skin and feel tight. Each time I said something, Jocelyn would make an excuse for it instead of fixing it. She also did not drill the dip around my cuticle to create a dip, which is a normal part of the process. I've been getting my nails done for years and thought I'd try this place out as I went with a friend. Do not recommend. Do not waste your money here! The manager could tell I was not satisfied and failed to ask how to make things right, there was only 2 other customers, and somehow, all other employees disappeared towards the end (the manager/owner).
