I called the office while driving around and explained the situation, hoping for a little understanding or guidance. Instead, I was told I was late and would now have to wait even longer once I found a spot. After circling the area multiple times and still not finding any available parking, I gave up and left without being seen. It's frustrating that a medical office wouldn't take the parking situation into account, especially when it's clearly an issue for patients. If you're considering this office, just be aware that getting there on time isn't always enough--you'll need extra time just to find a place to park, and unfortunately, the staff didn't offer much support when that became a problem.

The representative who called me was exceedingly condescending, speaking to me in a manner that felt disrespectful and belittling, as if I were a child. Instead of providing assistance or answering my questions, she insisted that I should refuse the Groupon and pay the office directly. I have never encountered such unprofessional behavior before even stepping foot into an office. Feeling disrespected, I chose to cancel my appointment and exchanged my Groupon for another service elsewhere. If the office does not wish to honor Groupon, here's an idea! I suggest they consider removing themselves from the platform rather than treating customers poorly. This experience was truly disheartening, and I would advise others to stay away. They lost me as a potential customer and I will warn others about my experience. Its clear these people are struggling - how can they not with a receptionist like that? I call this morning b4 my appointment with my dental insurance on the line. Turns out they hadn't sent any request until October 3 the same day I called for the emergency appointment. The woman for lack of a better word who spoke to me & the insurance was super dismissive and condescending & RUDE she got caught in her lazy lie and didn't like it. They maybe in Miami Lakes but belong in liberty city. I am glad I figured this out early on. Very eager to charge my grandmothers care credit card when I have $5,000 available from my private insurance between now and January for any service needed. I'm a repeat customer. Scheduled my appointment for 4-5 months after my last cleaning and 3 months…read morean emergency fix early January. I was happy with the service at that point. At that point, I thought I confirmed the appointment twice. However, today when I arrived, the receptionist told me my appointment was cancelled my appointment without warning, quoting that I didn't respond to her by 3:42PM and as so she went ahead and cancelled it. No where in the prior messages did it say the appointment was at risk to be cancelled if I did not reply to the text message. Nor was this the case at the beginning of the year or during the last cleaning. I drove 20 minutes each way and took PTO attend. What's worse is when I tried to highlight the above point as constructive feedback, the representative did not want to read her messages and admit to the failure in communicating the risk of cancelling the appointment if I don't respond to the text message. I've had a least 100 doctor appointments over the last 5 years. I usually schedule them months if not a year in advance. Not a single doctor has ever canceled because I never responded to a text message. As I was trying to explain that there is no indication in her communications that there was a risk of cancellation until after she cancelled the appointment, the receptionist then continued to interrupt me continuously. I couldn't complete a full sentence without being interrupted. Not only the behavior of this individual was unprofessional and quite frankly, unacceptable, I'm more concerned about arbitrary policy that she referred to as started in 2026 where they will cancel appointments if you don't confirm. This shows that this was not an isolated incident, but rather a poorly communicated and executed policy that reflect poorly on the owners. When I asked to talk to the doctor/owner, I was told the doctor left for the day. This is concerning because had the appointment went ahead as planned, I would have to come back another day for the second half of the appointment. Outside of the obvious scheduling policy issue above, not having a doctor/dentist for an appointment defeats the purpose of the dental appointment altogether. At the end of the day, I'm not happy with the outcome here with this office. At the current moment, I don't know who I can't trust at this ultra smile brand. Is it the receptionist, the owner or the brand that I need to attribute this new found loss of trust. If you are a working professional, you may want to consider other professional options.

My teeth were disgusting and falling apart before I found them. It's taken many years of patience, a root canal, and work with many different doctors to recover my teeth back to a healthy condition. All of the doctors here have been great. I loveee the orthodontist Dr. Feo. My teeth were in pretty bad shape and after two years of treatment, they look flawless he's honestly amazing. I'm getting compliments on my smile non stop every day. The hygienist is also such a sweetheart. I highly recommend her. She's removed some heavy staining from my very delicate teeth. She's even given me chap stick when I didn't have any so I didn't have to walk around with chapped lips. I love her so much. She's the only hygienist I will ever see. The doctor who gave me the root canal is also lovely as well. The periodontist Dr. Feo is also a pleasure to work with. He was able to give me an dental implant when I barely had any bone to work with from a previous botched jaw surgery at another practice. Surgery with him is painless and smooth. His friendly personality helps you feel at ease during implant surgery.
