I've had my fair share of dentists and none come close to Dr. Traina. First things first, the girls at the front desk are as kind and sweet as can be. They prove that patient attention and service is not completely lost in Miami. They were so kind and attentive. Made everything so smooth and spoke kindly. My hygienist Luciana was not only kind, but super thorough and gentle! I said it...THOROUGH ANNNNDD GENTLE. Those two things are hard to find in one hygienist. She took her time to answer my questions and patiently explained things to me. She's amazing! Dr. Traina makes you feel as if you've been her patient for a lifetime. Few dentists have ever gone the extra step to ask about me about me! She gets to know her patients as people not just names on files and screens. She makes you feel so comfortable. I realized today how important that truly is. She was also very kind, patient and thorough. I am the most delighted I've ever been after a cleaning. When I first walked in no one spoke. I signed in. After 10 minutes I hear someone screaming, she said '' she can't do that, she has to be cancelled. Where is she, within seconds I hear my name. The staff member screamed my name from the lobby, so embarrassed. Another person was waiting in the lobby. With my visit I usually wait 15-25 min, sometimes longer when the doctor is behind but it's always worth the wait. Today was different. I went to the glass window and she said in a harsh tone, we have to cancel you, you came at 11:15 and your appt was 11. In reality I pulled in the parking lot at 11:10am but I sign in at 11:15am. She really didn't hear what I said to her, She only said I have to reschedule you in 3 months??? Wow I was very disappointed. I had already waited 6 months for an appointment. I also have two pain in two teeth. She could have ask me to step inside the door and speak with me, instead of screaming in front of everyone. She didn't even give me a courtesy call while I was driving & sitting in traffic to let me know she was going to cancel me. I took the day off from work for the appointment. Truly not happy with the service today. I'm a loyal patient and I always send referrals to the office for years. She did not apologize. The lobby only had one person waiting?

The staff are extremely friendly and professional, and the office is very clean and modern. The shopping center can be packed but there is convenient rooftop parking. I came to their office as an emergency appointment because my fixed retainer broke on the bottom and the loose wire was driving me crazy! The staff was able to squeeze me in to see Dr. Diana and she took the time to explain the process to me and what the next steps would be. She was very sweet and went above and beyond when it came down to fitting me with a new retainer when I still had deep cleaning to do (as the cleanings could potentially affect how the retainer would fit on my teeth). The new retainer was done within two days, which was a huge relief as I was concerned about my teeth shifting again. I never waited longer than a few minutes in the waiting room during the multiple visits I had, and the staff was great in getting everything through my insurance. They're close by, but they schedule like 3 patients at the same time per hygienist so they're ALWAYS late. They do it so they can always have appointments if someone cancels or arrives late but when people arrive on time like they're supposed to you have to wait 2 hours. Last time they told me they were so sorry she was running late (I understood) but I waited from 9am until 11:30 u till I was so upset I went to another dentist that same day. I went back because of course they sold me their bull**** package of another cleaning and the SAME thing happened. My boyfriend happened to have the same dentist and I accompanied him to go and they had us wait for an hour and she finally came to tell us she was sorry the lady was running late to work she should be there in 10 minutes. TWENTY minutes after they ask us to go sit in a chair where we waited another twenty minutes. When I finally was so upset that I asked for them to reschedule (he paid for that already of course) they tell me "you shouldn't schedule things after dentist appointments, you should know they always run a bit later" ..... overall disappointed with untimely service, unkind people, and just okay cleanings. Pick anywhere else. These people are in it for the quick dollar and do not care about having upset customers.

The office was super clean, and modern. The staff were very friendly and professional. And the wait time was literally less that 5 minutes. The doc took his time examining me, and then explained to me in detail exactly what was going on. I didn't feel rushed or pushed into sales pitch that usually happens at other dentist bc they want to do big procedures. The doc explained that my cavity had gotten bigger, and recommended that I get full imaging and consider the possibility of root canal. He understood that I was from out of town, so he gave me the option of going ahead and treating cavity, and following back home for full work up and treatment. The doc also took the time to call my regular dentist and to update him on his findings. This is utmost level of care!!! I felt very comfortable here, and appreciated the sincerity.
