We have been going to clarissa Emayo for the past years and we tried calling her and no answer, so we went in and she dares to tell my other half it's rude to keep calling. First of all we are customers and we have the right to call and find out things about our tax issues, don't ever tell your customers don't keep calling because it's rude. We pay you for services and because of this incident we will not be going to her ever again, she needs to check herself with customer service. Without customers you have no business. we never would have thought she would be like that especially when she's a member of the church. Goes to show you that church attendees aren't nice people, we have seen a side of her that was unacceptable and also very rude to tell a paying customer not to keep calling. You run a business with a phone number for the purpose of contacting you. But instead ignores the calls. *word of advice* if your having a bad day don't take it out on customers, if anyone was RUDE it Was YOU!!! Goes to show you don't do business with people you know.
