He made me wait five days for processing, even though within three days Kevin Murphy had processed the money they said was on hold. So, I went back after the five days and they then told me that they took "their" money. They told me that the money was a cash deposit that JC Chase Bank took back. Then they accused me of a scam without any proof to back up the claim and did not inform me they had closed my account. They did this without my knowledge, after they had taken my money. They closed the account because they wanted to keep my money. I called my bank, JC Morgan Chase Bank, which supposedly returned the money, and they informed me that they did receive the money, and it was not declined. FHB has declined my comments because they have no explanation of where the money went. The biggest mistake was their closing of the business account. This approach is very shady and dishonest. where is the 89K. The customers are the innocent victims of FHB. The bank managers at this location, Mila and Kevin Murphy, and the customer service representative, Minerva Oligo, will compromise your privacy.

I had scheduled an appointment to pick up an iphone that I ordered on the Verizon website. I walked out an hour and 15 minutes later without my new phone and without having contact with any of the four employees. I was never greeted, spoken to, or acknowledged. Oh, and I did shave and shower, applied deodorant and dressed appropriately before the appointment. When I left, there were still 3 people ahead of me. The employees were more interested in upselling rather than taking care of all the customers in the store. I cancelled my order on line and ordered the same iphone from Apple and will just wait the 10 days for home delivery.
