I attempted to cash a state issued check here (as I was a state employee) but was unsuccessful…read more The very rude employees looked up the routing number and talk amongst themselves about it being "fake" but said they were unable to locate it- therefore unable to help. While waiting for them, on spotty cell service, I looked up the routing number and found it to say "Oregon state issued check". So ummm, they sucked at their jobs, and their attitudes were awful. Rude, not helpful, not friendly. I also stopped in the Kapaa location a few weeks later, and those girls were great. DO NOT attempt to get help at the Lihue location, I think the AC was turned up to high cuz those girls are FRIGID! I was so frustrated at their attitudes I actually took a photo of the manager's name and number to contact them- just in case they were unaware of their employee's terrible attitudes toward customers.

We pay you for services and because of this incident we will not be going to her ever again, she needs to check herself with customer service.
