On July 9, I purchased two gift certificates totalling $178 for a lymphatic drainage massage. The recipient later lost them. I returned with the original receipt and offered to pay any reasonable replacement fee. The receptionist remembered both me and the transaction, yet I was told the certificates could not be replaced because Century Feet has no system for tracking them. I understand their policy that lost or stolen certificates are not replaced. My issue is how the situation was handled. When I questioned why there was no tracking system or alternative solution, the conversation became aggressive and sarcastic enough that I chose to leave rather than let it escalate. A business is more than the service it provides when everything goes smoothly. Customer service matters most when something goes wrong. Even if the answer ultimately had to be no, I expected professionalism, some effort to help, and a willingness to consider a better system for the future.

The good news is this option at Century is amazing. Sit back relax and get the benefits of a massage that hits your pressure points with just the right amount of "pain". Don't worry if it's too soft or too hard they can make adjustments on the fly. I highly recommend Eric and Grace. They were both amazing. Will come again when I'm back in town
