I've been going here for over 20 years and today my experience wasn't good, I saw a different Dr. Dr. Blake for my annual exam. he didn't check anything. just my blood pressure. Dr Saeed is much more efficient. Didn't check my body at all, no lung no ekg. was only concerned about my diabetes, which I go to an endocrinologist for that. not happy with the visit, not thorough at all. read more

Dr. FUNG and Dr. Blake take your time answer all your questions very polite and professional. Not so much at the front desk.

Has retained office/clerical staff so well.. the first faces you see - they're consistent, poised no matter the office traffic & professional. This office does not retain medical assistants often, it's expected as they're usually aspiring students. You'll see a decent amount of new faces through the year - they're generally quiet yet friendly, and professional - like the clerical staff. The physician I was seeing here I consented to release, and fired from my care team for a plethora of reasons. read more

I would rate no stars if I could. I called today to get my son appt. He has sore throat and a cough - both of which are getting worse. He was tested at cvs for covid (pcr) and was negative. I called to make him appt at this practice 12 hours after we got results and I was told "we are only doing telehealth appts". So, if you are sick and negative through pcr for covid, this MEDICAL PRACTICE will not see you. I guess they think they can telepathically diagnose what you have since they are not willing to see you in person. This practice is a DISGRACE and WE WILL NEVER COME BACK. read more

My son is a patient there with Dr Halari. The practice manager Doris and Clinical supervisor Sandy are excellent. They work together as a team to provide the best quality of care for patients. The clinical staff is amazing. All in all caring and easy to get an appointment in house and or Telemeds depending on your needs. read more

Been a patient here since 1983. I feel compelled to leave a review because I'm pissed. This is the only dr office I've ever dealt with who is so nasty and unprofessional. I've only been going here this long because my dr knows my history but after today I'm done. First I wait on hold this morning for FIFTEEN minutes to make an appt. than was told my dr is going away for 2 wks, Ok can he refill a medicine over the phone? I've been taking for 10 years ? Prescribed by him? Get a call back I have to come in. Ok fine, that is what I was trying to do in the first place. So I call back yet again later. Receptionist has a nasty attitude which is normal at this office. Shameful, Because this is what we deserve to deal with when we don't feel well. I ask if I can just see another dr in the SAME practice to just refill my meds? She actually says that dr may not be able too! REALLY?! WHY?! Did they not go to medical school? Can they not READ MY FILE?! Do yourself a huge favor and avoid this practice. I don't even need the meds right away, it's just the point. They care about no one here! read more

Tried making appt today 01/05/2023 for a cough that I have had since Xmas. Already was at urgent care on 12/31/2022 & was advised to follow up with my dr. Call and was advised that they no longer see sick patients. Only a phone call was available to me 5 days from now. I have not received any letter stating that Cedar Bridge Medical no longer sees any sick patients. That this is their policy now for 3 years... Was advised by a person basically too bad for you. Just curious how they will check the wheezing in my chest whether bacterial or viral. Check my blood pressure. I mean how can that be done through the phone line? So my only choices are to go back to urgent care in the Emergency room if the cough persists. That is totally unacceptable as a patient of this office for almost 14 years. What kind of crazy system is this? Where is the care & compassion gone? I should not have to sit in urgent care for 3 hours with a dr that doesn't have my medical files or an ER that also has no medical files. How will be checking on the chest X-ray that I had? I am so pissed off by the nasty people in that office who could care less for any patients. Imagine being told by your primary care office that you are not allowed to be seen for a cough cause they are not able to quarantine you. FYI I went to a foot dr. appt today as well as a dermatology appt . Need a full-service practice that sees sick people. Terrible customer service there. Will be reaching out to Merdian Health as well as Aetna Insurance co to see if they are aware that this office Cedar bridge medical DOES NOT SEE SICK Patients. I guess only well visits. I went to cedar bridge medical Centre and i just want to say that the lady named Ellie at the front desk and a few others, the nurse and the doctor were all very helpful. I've been going there for about three years and was treated very well. They paid very special attention to my situation and kept me up to date on my next move and what was best for me. Ellie was awesome!!!.....I was delt with about a week ago and I came back to write this review today because Ellie showed deep concern for my situation. Thanks a lot!!! read more

I have to totally agree with the review below. very unprofessional office staff. the doctors are great. but every other time I call I get hung up on or I just wait forever or get told the same thing that I can only see my doctor and none of the other 3-4 that work there so I have to wait 3 days. I've actually gone to the ER instead of going here due to the way I was treated by the staff. I doubt i'll ever go back as I have found a much better doctor now who has half the staff as this place yet will get you in the same day if needed and is actually polite to you. read more

43 yo female w/ no significant pmh suffering from situational depression and anxiety finely found the courage to go to the office to address my depression and anxiety. Outreaching in a time of need. I never take any medications at all. Infact I have bilat knee arthritis and push through the pain w/ the occasional OTC ibuprophen for relief. But my depression has become unmanagable so I went to the MD office for help and guidance!. The MD prescribed anti-depressant and anti-anxiety medication. Went to get filled the anti-anxiety medication was filled out incorrectly and it was the weekend! So I called the office and got the on-call MD Dr.Wilson. He was so rude and treated me like I was a drug addict. I was asking if he could call in the correct prescription, he cut me off in a harsh tone stating we don't call in controlled subtances over the weekend and hung up on me/? He didnt even ask me if I was ok and/or offer me an alternate plan of care! Just treated me like an addict and hung up the phone!! This shows me lack of compassion. In addition to being tx as an addict, having my script filled out incorrectly, previous paper work lost in the shuffle the staff is always rude as well!! I will not be going back or ever recommending Cedar bridge medical or DR.WILSON!! Dr.Wilson you failed in my eyes and book!! you'll probably look at this and laugh and well thats sad too!! read more
