After the voice repeating the same message about three times, they hung up. What is going on here? I've been a patient here for years! This is VERY frustrating. My only option is to go down to the lab first thing next week to see if they have a standing order for my tests.

You have a vision of what a doctor should be, but again convince yourself that that vision is far from attainable...well the doctors of this family practice will prove to you that your "unattainable" vision can actually be obtained.

What I like is the endless hours, running around you see them ALL do and no one stops until you're fixed up. I could go on & on about the personal care I receive from our family physician, I won't bore you... But I will say she the type if she can't find out what's wrong with you then she will sent you to other doctor: She is not scared to get outside advice. For that I like and respect; Keeps me coming back. Yes, the building is about 40 years old, elevator is the slowest around, and place needs an update but it's what's inside that counts... And that's DAM GOOD CARE.

Dr Thompson is a very kind, wise and sweet caring physician…read more Dr Thompson even came to my father's home one night later in evening to help my father after a serious injury and was having symptoms. For Dr Thompson I give him 4 stars for his ability to practice while struggling with Parkinson's disease and the difficulty being able tolerate his bossy rude and very unprofessional wife Sara. Be prepared if you call the office, Sara will be sure to be terrible to you, she will talk so fast you cannot understand her, and she will not be considerate to your needs. When you make an appointment and come into the office expect the same rude and unprofessional behavior. For example, if she knows you, don't expect any polite conversation or her to ask in a general fashion " Hello Mr so and so, how are your doing this morning?". She will however not acknowledge you are a human being, she will treat you worse than a bad pet and talk so fast and mumble something you can't understand or boss you around. Dr Thompson- I encourage you to keep practicing but without your wife ever talking , ever answering and never have any patient interaction. Better yet, do not have her in the medical office at all. Patients deserve to be treated with respect, compassion and in a genuinely caring and kind manner. Every body has a bad day but she is is truly unlike any person I have ever encountered in my over 30 years in a medical profession. It's hard to find a doctor you like and feel comfortable with. We followed him because we feel he is good at what he does. He takes the time to give as much information to us about our health, answer our questions that we have without rushing us out the door - regardless of who's waiting to see him next.
