Working with Natalie these past months has kept me on track. About 40 visits here and every time I walk out of there on a positive note. I like the one-to-one attention you get. And always getting / learning challenging new exercises. She is always asking how / what I've been doing with my rehab work between visits. I have different routines for when I rehab at home, work or outdoors. Learning the array of new exercises has kept me on track. The office is new as is everything else in there. The workout area is nice and has all the equipment you need. Is never crowded. The other staff are friendly. It really is an environment where you want to come. I was feeling pretty discouraged at this point after being told there wasn't much I could do unless I wanted to get a cortisone steroid shot in my tendon. Since my work prevents me from resting my hands/wrists properly, I knew healing would be a long road. After 5 treatments, I am happy to report that my tendonitis has been resolved!
