As a mature client I can understand I have years of neglect. I had to learn that pain is not a signal of distress in many circumstances. I had never been to a chiropractor prior to Powerhouse and Dr. Brian. I know am bringing together decades of living unknowingly with blocked nerve pathways (subluxated) and getting steadily more cleared and powerful with regular chiropratic techniques and mindfulness. I know there is more improvement I can achieve, but the changes in my overall well-being are monumental. You'll forget just how bad you were if you are like me. I've always feel welcomed on each of my check ups, I feel my treatment is very customized to my needs and not a set of routine moves like other chiropractors. I like the workshops that make the treatment go far beyond the spine corrections and deep into body and mental health. The environment is very calmed and relaxed at the same time that is precise and focused on chiropractic care. Ever since I started the treatment and went to the workshops my overall health has improved.
