Even the managers (X2) stood there not caring that the lobby was filthy and people were waiting with no help to get concessions or be scanned in because they were all blocking me and laughing at a baby Yoda doll. Then after I raised my hand behind the workers, for sometime one manager told them to let me through. Just to be told my order had already been filled. Great so where is it, someone not me must have picked it up. They made it seem as if this were a me problem or maybe I was lying. After sometime of looking at my order verification, not by one manager but two they finally gave me and my partner our large popcorn. Yes, by now we were late for our movie (we spent over 20 minutes with the crowd of workers and are we getting our popcorn or not stuff). Then we move to get scanned into our movie. Guess where the crowd of kids working there had moved to, not to clean the lobby or help other people. No they were crowded in front of the podium to get scanned into our movie. It took several, "excuse me," before they decide to split the group, so I had to walk down an aisle of 6-8 employees just to get scanned. I even said this is super awkward. To which they said, "yeah, right" Why do they not go do some work. Anyway, I'm not sure I will go back even if it's the only theatre in town. But I will definitely not opt for preordering food, so they can ask if you're lying about picking it up and make you late for the movie. Hire better management!! They were a big problem. I like when the retro girl worked there. Hope she's still there.

They also have an arcade as well as a variety of snack items (nachos, corn dogs, pizza, popcorn, etc.) Some games in the arcade were not working, but honestly it was okay and the attractions made up for it in my opinion. Plus the staff was the best. Professional, friendly and prompt with the party schedule. They made the party easy and fun. I have been attending SUU online this past semester from Texas…read more This school does not have a decent online program despite what marketing tells you. After visiting campus, it appears if you are attending locally it may be good, but online, no deal and here's why: The placement tests cannot be taken online. You must visit campus for ALEKS mathematics testing. Online students are charged the whole gamut of fees including gym, museum, tutoring, and wifi fees even though actually utilizing these services is impossible from 1,500 miles away. When I brought this up, their reply was basically "We can understand how this is unfair to you, but well.. sorry." Online courses come with their own hefty technology fees and the professors basically rely on McMillan Online phoning the entire course in. Very little interaction with professors sometimes waiting weeks for a response to e-mail. I have been trying to change my major for FIVE MONTHS without any progress. The registrar's office claims to have never gotten my faxed paperwork the three times I sent it. When I visited campus in person, they could not tell me where the online advisor's office was located at. Online program offerings are very slim. Some required-to-graduate classes are listed as online, but require campus activities. Complete waste of time. If you are looking for an online program, look elsewhere. Your money is wasted at SUU.

Every time you reach out to anyone, even student success, their response is less than professional, or geared to helping students achieve success academically. Not only that, but the lacrosse program there is so under supported. As a parent having to deal with these people, from the admin to the department heads, I have been very disappointed. Universities need to realize that students and the parents paying for their schooling, are their customers. Teachers need to be less arrogant and egotistical and realize that their place is to teach and help their students be successful. Failing them only really makes you look like a lousy teacher. Until the staff of Southern Utah University realize that they need to be respectful and helpful to the students and their parents, they will never meet their full potential. DON'T waste your time or money attending that school. Seek education elsewhere.

Since you already have a CDL license, it is evidence that you have already successfully completed the requirements for the CDL program so enrolling in that program would not help you use your remaining benefit." This information is false. I confirmed with a representative from the VA Education part of Veteran Affairs that this may be an option for this school, but they will cover for me to upgrade my CDL as long as I have the available months.
