We told Chris our situation and it took about 15-20mins and he told us our radiator got a serious leak and needs to be replaced. I couldn't be more thankful that they had a radiator in stock and fits perfectly in our car. We were told it'll be finished in 2hours. I'm amazed of how professional and how fast the process was.
