The instructors here showed an alarming lack of professionalism and misused their authority to unfairly target and humiliate him. They made false accusations, shouted at him without cause, punished him with arbitrary "time-outs," and consistently treated him with disrespect. Their behavior was not only inappropriate but also harmful. As a parent, I find this completely unacceptable. Children should feel safe, supported, and encouraged--not shamed, blamed, or bullied by the very people entrusted to care for them.

Friday volleyball is very popular) - Less than 10 minute walk from the Metrotown skytrain - A couple of EV charging stations ($2.00/hour) Bad - Archaic booking system (no online booking system available. You have to call to book a squash/racquetball court) - Half the time when you call, staff doesn't answer - Downstairs weight room is cramped - 1 combo court (normally used for squash or racquetball but they currently refuse to move it) - 50% of the time the men's shower facilities don't have body wash You get what you pay for at Bonsor. THE WAIT: There was no wait on a Saturday at 12pm. They were somewhat busy. Note if you have kids/babies, you can only eat at the area further from the windows, and there is no table service (except when they bring out your food). NOTE: For the nursing moms out there, this is a great Family Room on the lowest level! It has a view of the water and has a door that opens out onto their deck. There is a sink, fridge, water, restrooms, showers, a Pack n Play, toys, and a comfy sofa. THE FOOD: BENNIES * Eggs Diablo ($13.50) - 4.5 stars The potatoes were great, soft with a crisped edge. The sausage was spicy, just enough without being painful! Only complaints are this was pretty oily, which really drenched the spinach, and the yolks weren't runny (though soft). * Eggs Pacifica ($14.50) - 4 stars Tried a few bites, also great! Potatoes were much more crisp than in the Eggs Diablo.

Replay's sports bar has some great healthy options and of course the regular bar foods ie. wings, burgers and beer. Food is good, price is a little expensive for a sports bar attached to a gym. The gym has lots of equipment although free weights are mostly on the far because of the lack of etiquette from other members. Big plus is a super clean and fairly large private women's only section. There is enough equipment in this area that girls don't have to leave and visit the co-ed section. They also teach mixed martial arts here with two studios, a ring and lots of punching bags. It's not the prettiest gym but for $20ish a month and 24/7 hours you can't really complain. They just need better decor and to check the equipment regularly.

The womens section is way smaller than back then. They now allow people over 55 to go into this small girls section which makes me feel SUPER uncomfortable because there's older men who just watch you workout behind and beside you ( even if there's 1 person in the co ed area). This is something I'd like for them to change. I assume the purpose of having a girls area is so women can feel comfortable working out without feeling self conscious. Other than that, they have a lot of equipment and is open 247. They have ample of showers and lockers (bring a lock for lockers) They also have parking. Please change the women area to an actual women area. It's SUPER awkward to have older men in such a small area working out with you. It forces me to either go the co ed section or forces me to go into womens change area ( they have mats) when I purposely signed up to use the girls section.

The cardio room is packed with treds, bikes, seated belt rower, elliptical machine and I think a stair climber. The weight room could use a few more key benches and one or two more machines. I mainly go around 7:30am-8am. There tends to be the same group of people everyday getting in a game of squash, badminton or fitness before work. It's never been packed and I've not had to wait for any machine or weights yet. I plan on speaking with them about putting in some new benches/machines, I'll have to write a follow up review to that conversation and outcome. I signed up for a year and don't see why I wouldn't sign up for another.

It's well located next to Queen Elizabeth park, they have a parking lot and also a bar/restaurant upstairs for food after a an intense badminton or squash match with TVs to catch the hockey games playing that night. All in all, I've been pleased when I go there. I'm not a member, i go with a coworker that is a guest and play there when my squash league plays the home team. Friendly members and competitive squash team!

Love the European Wine Bar/French Bistro vibes they have going and it's located in the cute Fernwood neighbourhood. Love their approach on French-inspired foods and showcasing seasonal local fresh veggies and plating it differently. The food is fresh and light, which is always nice for a French restaurant. We got the local crudités served with the eggplant roasted dip and it was a delight. The tomatoes were fresh and I appreciated the various textures, depth and flavours. The dishes are great for sharing. Love the pomme frites. The BBQ shishitos were a treat! The bread and butter were phenomenal. I believe that it is freshly baked. The service was amazing! They have a great ever-changing wine list from Europe as well as different parts of Canada. In addition, they have amazing cocktails. Unfortunately, Stage fell a little short for us. We had sent an email in advance mentioning that we are pescatarians and do not eat meat. We were very excited to try their fish offerings (Halibut and Rockfish) off the menu that night but our waitress informed us that the kitchen wouldn't be able to make any changes to the dishes and that some meat products were used in both fish options. We were very disappointed, especially since the food is so good. I recommend and advise that if you have two fish offerings, at least leave one completely pescatarian and free of meat products. We also didn't want to opt for the warm potato salad with mackerel since we had already had the pomme frites. As a result, we did not have a suitable protein option that night. This was the only thing that ticked us off, considering the level of care and pride they take with the food in their restaurant.

Really nice wine bar. Great wine and atmosphere. A bit pricy but very nice wine selection.read more

I did call to make a reservation just in case but in the end was not needed - I believe that is the only way to reserve to ensure you don't need to wait for a table. I got the fishhook chowder and the squimp toast. Fishhook chowder was decent - felt a bit watered down as I was expecting a stronger spice at minimum, but also not too salty. A bit watery than I expected. But I can still taste notes of the coconut milk and herbs so it could've been a bit better. The squimp toast is amazing - this is a must get. It's a combo of Humboldt squid and shrimp, both of which carried the flavors forward in the toast. And it is quite crispy. It's a fairly substantial dish at a relatively good price so this is actually a lot better than the fishhook chowder that people keep hyping about. Service is good as water refills are apparent. It feels more a fast casual than a more formal sit down, but prices are great and reflective as such.
