DO NOT SHOP HERE…read more This store has the worst customer service and treats their customers badly. Even their own employees do not suggest shopping there. My friend bought a pair of googles and were told they were legit and were cheap, fake lookalikes. I have tried to buy a knife from them and I am on my second replacement and it came broken out of the box, now they are accusing me of breaking the knife. Bottom line, take your buissnes else where. Go to Dragon Impact, great peole, better prices and they don't sell fake and broken items

The current manager Anton & former manager Aiden have been very helpful to my husband and I. I am writing this review because people who walk into this store with no knowledge are basically snickered at and made fun of as they end up leaving the store, I personally heard this on 3 Occasions and I had mentioned to my hubby that that was not professional. The biggest "Customer Beware" is the man working there named Dennis who is just the most condescending and flat out biggest bull sh**ter when it comes to his "Knowledge" of these $400+ guns.... My hubby had a shop in a different province and he just stood back and listened to the jargon coming out of his mouth that was not even accurate. One of the customers at the time was bringing back a airsoft gun that he had worked on and no longer works. So frustrating! I do not make it a habit in anyway to post these type of things., but even his coworkers have the mindset to let Dennis say his thing. Needless to say, we did not, and will not buy from this store in Victoria.

Probably those who have to care for tanks and army antique vehicule collection too. This place apparently raised their price but i can understand why when i first arrived on location. My two good friends, my girlfriend and i experienced Panther field last saturday for my good friend's birthday (5th of october 2019). My girlfriend had her own gear so it was free for her (good looking rule). Since i'm a CAF Veteran it was supposed to be free as well but i paid the 30$ because i wanted to, the parking lot impressed me enough so far to be paying the 30$. You pay around something like this for a Museum to see some stuff not moving. I had more fun than what you can get out of 30 bucks even in 2012 (we all should know that real good is free). I felt like 6yo when i saw the FIRST tank ride by. They have a couple of working T-LAV (Canadian version of M113 tracked light armoured vehicule, same thing i served with in my Afghanistan mission 1-09). We all agreed that it was a wonderfull day, the kind of place where weather doesn't do much on your definition of a ''wonderfull day''. I'll go back again, and again !

Overall a good experience, but i do have two pieces of constructive criticism…read more 1. Break up into multiple groups and have multiple games running at the same time! --- There were roughly 70 people on the day I went. Meaning we played 35 v 35 (respawn) for the bulk of the matches. Id suggest talking a chunk of those players to a different field to play a different game type (perhaps 6v6 no respawn, ect ect). All it costs the company is paying 1 extra ref, and then players could get more variation. 35 v 35 got old very quick... its tough to make any meaningful plays when the field is that congested. 2. Come up with a better way to identify teams. The skinny red ribbon isn't very good. Perhaps invest in a bunch of thick red velcro arm bands to use instead. This would make it MUCH easier to identify teammates from enemies.
