She texted him personally to make a Saturday afternoon appointment for me and sent pictures of the wolf-cut I desired. I arrived on time for my 2pm appointment and was greeted by Thanh and seated immediately. I showed him the pictures again. Then he asked me if I wanted to shampoo my hair, which I agreed to. Then we got straight to work. At the end of my cut, he made sure I liked the result, to which I asked for my bangs a bit shorted and he readily obliged. I paid $45 (excluding an additional tip) in cash, but I didn't inquire further if they also accept card or if there's an additional fee for paying by card. I looked around the salon for a menu of costs of services, which he said there wasn't one. No problem, I plan on coming back for haircuts only anyway which I know are $45! Otherwise, I'll text him personally asking for other services if I want them! All in all, I was in and out the door at 2:00 and 2:30 respectively, literally (I looked at the clock). I ever asked about this special when I booked and was told, "yes" I could use this special and get the dermal as a few adding. Nope!
