But to be told after only being in the establishment for only 45 mins that we would have to hurry not just once or twice but three times because they had another booking coming in an hour and fifteen minutes just ruined the experience for everyone at the table. The waiters were great and very cooperative in serving us drinks and taking our food order but the whole experience was brought down by the managers attitude towards us. I asked for a pint too at the end which I would have drank pretty quickly and I was told I was not allowed to have any more drink. I only drank four pints and I spent 60 euro which was part of a bill that came to the total of 194 euro between my friends and I. After spending that type of money you would think they would give you at least one more drink before you left but we were told we were not to have any more drink. I definitely will not be going back as my friend was there last week and he too was rushed while eating his food.

I was just there last Saturday night and it wasn't too crowded at all, there were 3 of us and we all managed to get seats. It is an older and decent crowd in Harrys but that definitely has its upsides - very relaxed and chilled. Make sure you check out the Well which is situated in the main bar, nice touch! The staff seemed baffled when we told them, and not particularly helpful. The staff is the hotel's main weakness. There was a very unfriendly woman waiting tables when we went down to the restaurant and our waiter was an absolute snot. He made it more than clear, waiting on us was a big hassle for him. The reason I give the hotel a three is they have a beautiful, inviting restaurant and a surprisingly great craft beer selection. If they can upgrade the rooms to match the restaurant and fire the rude staff, they might have something.
