They have a good selection of hot food, which I was surprised by (even though maybe I shouldn't have been) since it was in a small town (but I am now realizing most small town spots would have hot food from personal travels). Lots of drinks, both alcoholic and not. Multiple aisles were filled to the brim with bagged snacks and the single stall bathroom (for men and women) was clean. Cashiers were friendly and made Nuvu a positive choice for the future when traveling.

So many complaints spots but not positive feedback! Moving on to Ally wow what a wonder customer service attendant. Being in customer service for 30 years and in management I was so impressed. She performed her job well with no complaint! Most importantly she welcomed me coming in the door smiled and assisted me in finding what I came in for. It's so important to make people feel welcomed especially since she was the first person I seen after waking and leaving my hotel. She assured I had everything I needed and because of her I didn't need to stop anywhere else on my trip home. I did let Ms Ally know how very greatful and how appreciative I was to feel so important at a gas station. She is an example of what customer service should represent. Prices are always competing on gas. The convenience store inside is always clean and the cashiers are steady and I have gotten to know them. I occasionally buy a lotto ticket here and if I ever win something significant I told the clerk I would pay off a chunk of his student loan debt. For some reason the whole milk and ice cream here is super extra creamy! It's right in my back yard and off the highway so I am a frequent customer. SUPPORT AN AMERICAN COMPANY!!!
