I have been getting periodic epidural injections for my chronic back pain I think since late 2023 or early 2024. The check-in process has always been smooth, processes efficient, and the care shown by the RN's has been genuine. I've always had the chat with the anesthesiologist prior to the procedure (not general but rather conscious sedation). This center should be training other medical centers on how to be efficient , getting patients prepped fast, in and out in timely manner. On top of that, I've had the added bonus of nurses and other staff with excellent senses of humor. The parking setup is not ideal as they only validate for 30 minutes. I'd give them a 5 star if they picked up their phones when we call; several times my wife has had to call to ensure I'm ready for pickup and no one has picked up. This is very important when we want to pickup someone within the validation period. Having said that, I sure hope that I never have the experience of the 1-star patients, because I've come to expect only 5-star service here!

I'm from Las Vegas, so I had to have a friend drive me to Beverly Hills. I was a bit apprehensive because it's not as if I could go ahead of time and check the surgical center out. What a pleasant surprise. A beautiful building with ample underground parking. $20 parking for the entire day; they only accept cash! The facilities are modern and clean and inviting. But let's talk about the thing that really makes a difference. The staff is amazing. My Nurse was a gentleman name Albert who has been a Nurse for 22 years. Not only was Albert very skilled at prepping me he was very friendly and funny. My anxiety went from being over the moon to being non-existent. When you have competent, friendly people working on you, it gives you a safe feeling. It makes you feel that you have come to the right place. It gives you peace of mind in knowing that these are good people who are going to treat you with the care they would give to their own family. The other nurses, the medical assistants, the anesthesiologist, all were warm and caring. Before the appointment I was contacted by phone several times to make sure all of my questions and concerns had been addressed. After my surgery, I was contacted to make sure I was doing OK, and to inquire as to how I was managing the pain. Bottom line is, I highly recommend Advanced Surgical Center. I tried to correct her a total of three times and she just kept talking over me, so I blew up at her which I probably shouldn't have done but it's just incredibly rude. It's rude on multiple levels, 1. because she kept talking over me which is rude and 2. because if it's two weeks out they're going to charge me for rescheduling an appointment which doctors do all the time... Needless to say, I canceled my appointment and I can't recommend this doctor.
