    Dr. Ehsan Ali

Really got tired of lesser service and 6-month wait times at UCLA. Joined Dr. Ali's concierge service and couldn't be happier. I've been with him now for over a year and it's so much easier. Same or next day service, when I had a UTI he sent a nurse to the house to collect samples, same when I needed fluids during a bad flu. Dr. Ali is an excellent doctor and a lovely person. He is always calm, already ready to help, and responds by text usually within minutes. For months I had mostly communicated by phone and text but eventually had to go in to his private office for blood tests. It was wonderful to meet him and see firsthand his relaxed, calming manner. He is aligned with Cedars Sinai but has his office in Beverly Hills. The office is small but nice, and he has wonderful staff who are very attentive. The nurse who helped with the physical was an absolute doll. Made me feel very comfortable. Big plus: they have their own valet parking behind the building. That's a big deal in BevHills. I feel very comfortable with Dr. Ali's guidance and instructions, and it is so easy to renew prescriptions. I have even called him on a Sunday and got an instance response. I signed up for the $5000/year plan (paid $2500 2x year) which includes office visits and unlimited (within reason) phone calls and texts, office visits, blood tests. That is more or less the going rate for a concierge doctor (some are much more) and it such a relief not to feel like an insignificant cog in a big hospital system. You never wait for an appt. and if you need a specialist he can refer you to the best. In addition to concierge services, Dr. Ali is also a general practitioner. If you want the best, check out Dr. Ali.

So this is a terrible, terrible photo, but It's pretty cool that not only do they look after my mental health, my physical health, but they also make sure my superficial self is taken care of too. I've never had any dermatologist do as good a job on my skin as Dr. Ali. He is the best in the world at Botox. And if you don't think Botox is a refined skill, try 10 or 12 different dermatologist and you will see the difference.. . Beverly Hills Concierge 's doctor are always ready to go as soon as I get there. Also , because of Beverly Hills parking situation, it is effortless to find free parking for up to two hours in all directions from the office.

I have been coming to Dr. Ali's office for several years now. He is my favorite primary care physician. I also come to him for Botox and skin treatments in addition to my yearly check up. I recently saw him to help me lose weight and he did a great job. I highly recommend him to all my friends and family.

I cant say enough AMAZING things about this doctor. I'm a model and I only trust the BEST of the BEST. Eshan Ali is one of the most incredible doctors. He did my lips, and was incredible. TRULY least painful experience i've ever had with lip injections. He has a gentle touch, and is overall just a great guy inside and out! Thank you again Dr. Ill be coming back!!!

The actual phone call was less than 30 seconds.

I absolutely LOVE Dr. Ali, and -- despite what's written below -- I will continue to see him. He is friendly, super knowledgable, generous with his time, and never tries to cut corners or get an extra dime out of you. He's so great and I recommend him to the moon and back. My review, however, is for his staff. I mortally dread having to call this practice. You are regularly put on hold for upwards of 15-20 minutes. It should not be easier to get someone on the phone at a cable company than your doctor's office, yet here we are. You can try emailing if you want, but those just go unanswered. The level of disorganization is something I have never, ever seen before in a professional business, let alone a medical practice. One time I called, and was on hold for 17 minutes. When it finally picked up, I asked to move an appointment, so they moved it, great -- but accidentally kept the old one on the schedule, and I had to call them a week later (and be put on hold again for 20 minutes) to notify them of the error. Another time (hold time, 21 minutes), I requested a call with the doctor about controlling some side effects of my meds, and got a major attitude back from the woman on the other line, who made it sound like I was demanding something outrageous and not remotely within the realm of her responsibilities. I'm not sure she made a note of it, nor if I will ever get that call back. There is currently a shortage of my meds nationwide, and my pharmacy was out of stock. When I found another pharmacy that had it in stock, I called the doctor's office and asked them to put the transfer in, they said "okay", I said "great"... only to turn up the next day at the pharmacy that's a one-hour drive away, and lo and behold, the prescription was never sent. I then had to do a three-hour back-and-forth with the office to get the prescription transferred. This caused me to have to cancel two long-standing appointments because this office did not bother to put the transfer request in the day before. It is insanely frustrating to deal with this sort of thing time and time again, and still I persevere, because Dr Ali is wonderful, and I do not want to stop seeing him. I honestly don't think he's even aware of how bad it is. But I hope the office starts getting its act together soon, because I'm not sure how much longer I'll be able to deal with the staff's song and dance. One shouldn't have to worry about these things when their health is on the line.

I came to see Beverly Hills concierge doctor for Botox. It was my first time coming here at the experience overall was seamless and excellent. I got the same day right away without having to wait. The doctor was able to answer all my questions I'll be coming back for sure.

Dr Ali is so nice and easy and speak to. i love coming to him. always easy to get an appointment. located in the heart of beverly hills. he's the best primary care doctor. anyone looking for a great primary care physician i highly recommend.

I have been seeing Dr Ali regularly for almost 10 years now. I am so happy with the level of care he has provided for me and my family. I am so happy that I found him and have Dr Ali as my concierge doctor and primary care doctor. His membership fees are very reasonable and he is always available for me. He will respond to my texts right away and will help expedite any medical care I need. It is so hard to find a good primary care physician in Beverly Hills and Los Angeles, I really got lucky!

To be totally honest, I don't understand the hype around Dr. Ali and his office. Both my wife and I have gone to him, but will be seeing another doctor in the future. There are a few reasons behind this: 1. He is extremely quick and didn't spend more than 5 minutes with us. My wife prefers short doctor visits, but I have my doubts of whether a proper diagnosis can occur in that short of a time. 2. He only provides prescriptions for an extremely short time. I've typically received prescriptions for my medicine for 12 months. He only provided 2 or 3 refills before needing a follow up visit. While I'm sure the response will be it is to ensure proper care, I believe it is for more money. To my point #1, Dr. Ali spends 5 minutes and asks you what prescriptions you need. I wasn't going to waste my time with a negative review for the above to reasons, but the the final straws were: 3. They fail to follow binding requirements with the insurance companies they partner with and shift payment responsibility to patients. After receiving a bill for $365, we contacted our insurance provider to ask why they weren't covering the claim. They informed us that they would have covered the claim, but Dr. Ali's office failed to send them a medical record they required. Our insurer informed me that per their contract with Dr. Ali's office, the doctor's office is not allowed to shift payment responsibility to patients without providing proper records to the insurer. United Healthcare reached out to Dr. Ali's office with this information. 4. Dr. Ali's office then refused to see my wife for medicine she needs (and has to get every month) because we haven't paid the $365 that they were not allowed to shift to us in the first place without providing proper records to our insurer, United Healthcare, so they would cover it. 5. After United Healthcare reached out twice to Dr. Ali's office, they informed us that they hadn't received a response. They then sent both Dr. Ali's office and ourselves a copy of a letter outlining what their agreement entails and that they were not allowed to shift costs to their patients until properly going through insurance. 6. Dr. Ali's office has continued to send us notices of owing $365 despite continually ignoring their in-network insurers. 7. Dr. Ali claims that he diagnosed my wife with ADHD and depression, and why the charges exist. This is false. He was forwarded medical records from another doctor who had and wrote a prescription after a few minutes with her. Attached is a document our insurer sent Dr. Ali outlining his obligations.

Dr Ali is an excellent physician has become like a family member now. He is a great doctor. I found him on Yelp several years ago when I was looking for a Housecall doctor in Beverly Hills. He came over to my home when I had an illness and the visit went so well that I have made him my primary care doctor. His entire office is very elegant and feels like a boutique, much nicer than any other doctors office I have been to. He has helped arranged visits with all the top specialists at cedars when i has a severe illness. I am so lucky to have him as my doctor.

I contacted the office of a cardiologist who I had seen a few years ago and really liked to see if I could get an appointment. The office said that since it had been over three years since I had seen the doctor, I would be considered a new patient, and it would be a five month wait until I could get an appointment. What?!? I got in touch with my surgeon's office, and they referred me to Dr. Shervin Eshaghian at Beverly Hills Cardiology. Although the office is not close to where I live, I was desperate to find someone that could see me. I called the office on a Thursday afternoon and was helped by Amy. She was able to offer an appointment on Monday morning! I was very thankful that they would be able to fit me at such a last minute. The offices are located in Century City. The parking structure was very crowded, and I would recommend arriving at least 20 minutes ahead of an appointment to have time to park and get to the office. There is valet available and the valet attendants were very nice, and they worked very hard to accommodate everyone. The appointment went very well and everyone that I encountered was professional and great to work with. Evelyn A. took care of taking my vitals prior to seeing the doctor and she was very personable and made me feel very comfortable. Shortly after seeing her, Dr. Eshaghian started the exam. He learned about all the details of my upcoming surgery and was able to set me up with an echocardiogram on the spot. Chris conducted the echocardiogram and explained everything that was going on with the test. I have never had an echocardiographer provide so much information while having the test. When all was said and done, I was cleared for the surgery three days later. I was in the hospital for four nights. Each day, Dr. Eshaghian stopped by to check in on me, which I truly appreciated.
