Great RV park...very nice staff and good spot...something to change would be to have a more level site.

I absolutely love it here. I've been staying here almost a year, and I would say the best part…read moreabout Rosemont Terrace is the family dynamic. The new owners are great and are improving a lot of things that I understand the old owners left as issues. The manager is AWESOME and so helpful, I'm living by myself and have learned a lot from the manager and the people here. The park is clean, there is a laundry and bathroom/shower facility, as well as a soda machine. Close to town and the beach. I couldn't be happier with my choice of a place to stay. Also VERY dog friendly, which is a huge plus for me. I love dogs and my dog loves everybody here, and everyone is so nice to him.

You still need to bring quite a bit of things.. linens, toiletries, more items like coffee cups/ pods, we needed ziplocks bags, and we definitely brought our own wood. Cabin was clean, 3 issues were: left over socks in the bottom bunk, a few mold spots on the shower curtain, and our trash was not taken out prior to arrival. I was impressed by the size, and the grounds. There isn't a lot to do here compared to others properties but plenty of outdoor things to adventure. The beach is in walking distance and you're able to clam with proper permits. Lots of deer near by. Nearest store is in Raymond, about 20-25 min away. Long Beach is about 45 min away.

I can see there are many great things for kids to do here in the busier seasons. Staff is very friendly. Small store has most everything you would need in a pinch, but expect to pay higher prices. No other stores nearby so come prepared. There is a restaurant about a half mile down the road I would also highly recommend called Skylars. Great fish & chips, oysters, fantastic clam chowder, and so much more but closed Mon-Tues-Wed.
