At that point, most places would have simply shrugged their shoulders and sent me on my way. But then Rob stepped in like an absolute legend. This man went above and beyond in every possible way. He found me an overflow spot, saved me a bunch of money, printed out everything I needed, and even helped get me refunded around a hundred bucks. Most importantly, he made sure I was still able to be here for the holiday weekend. That kind of customer service is rare these days, and it honestly turned what could have been a disaster into one of the best camping experiences I've had in a long time. The campground itself is beautiful. Clean, peaceful, surrounded by gorgeous scenery, and close to everything Seaside has to offer. Whether you want the beach, restaurants, shopping, or just a relaxing place to unwind, this location is hard to beat. Big five stars to this campground and an even bigger shout out to Rob and all the people here who make this place what it is. You folks truly made a stressful situation turn into an unforgettable Fourth of July weekend.

There was a basket in our room with a bag of treats, a clean water bowl, and a couple of towels, There was also a big sheet to toss on the bed, because dogs end up on the bed a lot. Great idea! The whole place us very clean and welcoming. Good breakfast included. Very nice outdoor area and fireplace. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

The staff was friendly and while the hotel was full due to the conference we were attending, there was always a parking spot and perfect walking distance away from all of the local spots and beach. The room smelled like animals and after turning on all the lights, we promptly exited. We did not consider unloading the car. Thankfully the sister property, The Inn at Manzanita, had space for our 3-night stay in mid July 2026. Arrangements were confirmed, at the going rate, and we were thankful for the switch as the staff was great. And worth every dollar. Thank you for taking care of us. Hot Tip: Call and speak directly with the Front Office Staff before booking, as I learned that the renovations are "in process" but the standard at The Spinn was substandard and we will not return to The Spinn in its current, upgraded state-- no matter how "retro-cute" they try to make it sound.
