I spoke with the manager giving her a chance to make things right. She was rude and told me I got the cut I asked for and offered me a free cut to not write any more reviews. Not a refund or an apology. I declined the free cut as who would want another one when I finally have hair to cut? Did I get the cut I asked for? I called to make appointment and they…read moreinsisted I give them my credit card number which would be charged in full if I cancelled or missed the appointment in 72 hours. When I arrived I had to wait 20 minutes. Then the stylist filled out a questionnaire on her ipad which took another 15 minutes. She applied color and sent me over to be washed by another person while she cut someone else's hair. I was then told to move to another chair and wait. In the meantime the woman next to me was offered water. I was not offered anything. I walked into the reception area to grab a magazine while I continued to wait. Finally after the mess from the other haircut was swept up the stylist cut my hair. It looked ok. I was shocked that the price was $198 before tip! I think if this salon is going to charge high end prices for a haircut (trim) my hair is already short and foils they need to improve their customer attentiveness skills.
