This usually will last me a month, I have not even put sandals on yet and my toe is chipped! I paid $105! I did ask, and showed picture of a flower that I wanted painted on with PINK polish. Technician took it upon herself to make a white silicon flower. Very disappointed, just because you are the technician and I am the customer does not mean I do not know the difference between painted and silicone in a picture! Wow, tried this place last minute before going away and they did such a great job. They're very kind in there, and they put hot wax on your heel which is a plus in the winter time! It's very clean and the prices here are so reasonable, I got a French mani pedi (regular) for $30! Normally it's $20 for a mani pedi so I find that deal amazing. I had a broken nail and they were able to fix it which made the entire experience even more worth it. At the end, you can take a small free gift and I got a succulent candle which is just adorable. UPDATE!!! So I need to update my review. I have been back twice more since discovering the salon and each time the quality of nails service has gone down. Case in point I have been doing SNS for over a yr and know that there are multiple steps in their manicure process. During my 2nd visit I noticed the tech began with the color powder versus the base. I thought no big deal. When I questioned her she back tracked and began to use. During that manicure post shop I had one nail break off. I have never had such happen not even when I have pushed my nails to the limit and exceeded the two week guarantee. On July 5th 2018, I returned for a 3rd time and within days I noticed a crack and eventually the nail covering coming off. As I type I have two nails that are completely bare and two others that are cracked. It's safe to say that this salon is cutting corners somewhere in both products and process for this particular nail/manicure service. I am very disappointed. I thought I had found a nice salon with reasonable prices and the offering I like. There's no way to give no stars so I guess they can keep that for the massage. Save the time, gas and frustration and find somewhere else. read more

The woman who did my full set did a terrible job. Because most places hack the coffin shape I decided to just get a regular square shape. Like how can you mess up a square shape. I really wanted to give this place a good review. So I waited to write one. On my first visit I got a spa pedicure and SNS manicure. I received a great massage during my pedicure and small back massage as well. 2 days after my manicure the product was lifting and chipping off my nails. Not even a week had gone by and only 3 of my fingers had the polish left. My pedicure chipped off the next day on almost all of my toes. I went back and showed them my nails, I was seated and my nails were redone...... I was then charged $30.00 and no massage. The guy just got up and walked over to the next person with out a word. A few days later just like the first manicure the nails broke and chipped away, leaving my nails that were nice and strong paper like and gross. I've attached photos. I will not go back to this place. For the sheer fact that I went back less then a week later to show them that the manicure claiming to last 2 weeks only lasted 3 days and changed for them to be fixed. I'm a regular at CeeCee's and I've never had an issue until now. I went in for a SNS dip and regular pedicure. There was an older man that I've never seen before at the salon. I never caught his name but I just wish that he didn't do my nails. He botched my pedicure and cut my thumb while filing down my nails with a nail file. On top of that. I only wanted SNS dip but he ended up using gel on top of the SNS. I contacted CeeCee's via Instagram about the issue and they only apologized and offered to give me "$10 off". That's not going to do anything for my infected nail that is now purple. read more

This place is amazing, they went out of their way to fit me in with a pedicure and SNS gel manicure an hour before closing. I called 5 min ahead and asked if they could fit me in for a gel mani and regular pedi and they said yes. What I didn't realize is that gel and SNS gel mean two very different things and require two different levels of nail tech. So long story short, due to the miscommunication on my part, the SNS didn't turn out like I wanted because they didn't have their more experienced tech in the store at the time. When my SNS was finished, I said something to the manager, and she actually called the SNS tech, who she came in and fixed them right then, even though it was well after closing. They are so kind and truly want you to be happy, so if you're ever unsatisfied, just speak up. They will make it right. read more

The staff here are friendly and the 2 girls that seem to be running the show, definitely care about their customers. I was sitting on the chair to get a pedicure and was second guessing the color I picked. One of the managers (I think) came over to double check what I was getting and to make sure I had the colors I wanted. I was getting a gel manicure and a regular pedicure. She asked if I wanted my pedicure to match my manicure I told her yes she asked what number I chose, I told her 152 (colors are labeled by number) she went over to the color rack and picked out an instant match. She's good! Great pedicure, my polish came out super neat. They also put your feet in a small baggy that your heal sits in (I think is hot oil) which feels really good. This is my second time coming for a gel manicure, first time came out nice and same with this time. They really take their time when it comes to your nails. $35 for a gel mani and pedicure, not bad at all. The place could use a face lift to make it 5 stars. I don't know. I sat down with Tony, who was a nice guy but very scary to get a manicure from. The nail station was disgusting and dirty and I did not see him take new tools from the sanitize box. Gross. Then he literally rips out my cuticles in a way that had my whole body stiffen up. I was so uncomfortable. I asked him to make my nails square and oval with no point tips. Well, he made them square. He polished well, but even I can do that. When it was time to clean my hands, he made me follow him to a sink and it was awkward and I really didn't like it. Well.. I wasn't sure this was the right nail salon to go and do my nails with my friend it was my first time doing them in hicksville and I was and I am HAPPY with the work they did.
