This building also has the outdated lead water pipes causing lead to be in all water including water used to cook and drink. The Grange is rented out for public and private events as well as housing the TIGARD GRANGE COMMUNITY FOOD PROJECT located in the very place that floods, the kitchen! This grange needs to update the pipes and professionally test for mold to assure the safety of its volunteers and renters. Mold can be very dangerous!

Whitney was our onsite coordinator and she did a fantastic job. I was able to enjoy everything about the day and didn't have to worry about much. Whitney handled all of the vendor set up and guided the reception along wonderfully. She showed up at just the right times to ask me quick questions (like "Do you need more time with guests before speeches?") but otherwise handled all the other curveballs thrown her way without burdening me. My whole family was so glad she was there, we all though Soiree did an amazing job. 100% recommend!

I called Soiree and lucky me, they were still free for Labor Day weekend. I talked to Molli and Krissa, and they were able to lower their rate (since I picked a venue they knew well) that was within my wedding budget. They offer a great variety of services, and had I known sooner that planning a wedding required so much work, I would have totally hired them to do the whole thing from the start. Since I'm not local, most of our "meetings" and information exchange was done over the phone and via email (yay for modern technology). Krissa was able to coordinate and effectively handle all the follow ups and pointed out a lot of details that I had totally either forgotten or not known about. She was available to discuss my last minute changes and ideas and make recommendations for our wedding. Our wedding was a complete success. Most people have told me it's been one of the best weddings they've been to (definitely ranking high on the "best wedding food" list as well). I'm glad everyone had such a great time - and I know it wouldn't have run as smoothly if I hadn't hired Soiree. Even the smallest weddings require a lot of planning, and as a bride on the big day, there are many other things to be pretty and dolled up for - no need to worry with a great wedding coordinator!

She gave us a wood pallet and we selected a stencil. From there we chose colors and she gave us a step by step lesson on creating a DIY Wood Sign. It was so fun and the 2 hours flew by. I learned a lot of my co-workers and some are pretty artsy. I would highly recommend doing this for any team bonding event. Only complaint is that they could have scheduled the sessions in a better way. A bunch of different people were scheduled in the same session and we had to wait for our turn, while other people got a turn before us. We basically saw the whole process repeated a few times and it got repetitive. But it was still fun to go through it ourselves. There are a lot of other activities to do here as well, like painting, art welding and wood sign painting. Worth a visit!

I recently celebrated an anniversary party for my parents with a party of 40 people. I was…read moreinitially concerned because of excessive heat of over 100 degrees and with parking. Everything turned out wonderfully. It was too hot to use the outdoor area, but inside the ballroom was very cool and comfortable. I had asked a few families to carpool and we all were able to park our cars. The tables and chairs I rented from the manager were in excellent condition and chairs were very comfortable. I had many guests comment on how much they liked the place. We all enjoyed the beautiful dance floor and my dad played his music collection on the sound system and we enjoyed looking at family photos on the tv screen.
