They have a rack with your name written on a cute chalkboard and a cool runway for you to stand on to show off your dress. It's surrounded by mirrors so you can see all angles of the gown. They had a decent selection though no bridesmaid dresses. The gowns were more elegant than simple. Think lots of beading, sparkly , detailed gowns. No plain , simple dresses. So know going in if that's what you are looking for...you won't find that here. This is for you glamour girls or ones wanting to make more of a statement than be modest or classic. Their selection was wonderful. Their staff are outstanding and know every detail about the designers, fit, fabrics, etc. The store itself has a wonderful location. It is clean and organized and isn't overwhelming upon first site as you walk in. I not only found my dress at this amazing shop, but it was a discontinued dress that was offered at a discounted price, making it fall within my tight budget constraints. Lastly, I love that I found my dress at a small business store. I love shopping at small/local businesses so it really worked out that I found my dress here! I've worked in retail for many years and whoever manages this store needs to be retrained or demoted.

I needed a very simple stitch on lace to make garters and they charged me $8 each aka $72 - I could have easily bought these new for that! The owner is very sweet but the rest of the employees need some training. They never call you to let you know that your stuff is ready (for my wedding dress she delayed it several times and I wasted a lot of time coming in for a dress that wasn't ready) and you have to call them. When I called yesterday, twice, she hung up on me both times and did not attempt to call me back. Will be taking my business elsewhere where it's appreciated from here on out.
