There is an indoor glass greenhouse with a variety of plants that thrive in low light and high humidity. They were so wonderful and helpful when we came for a tree a year ago and this visit was no different! The husband and wife duo are helpful and kind and answered all our questions honestly and knowledgeably! We chose various Hibiscus plants and when we went to pay, the wife told us she would charge us $10/plant instead of $12 as they weren't as full as she would have liked. We don't know much about plants, so it was so admirable that she offered this discount without us asking for one knowing we wouldn't have even known the plants weren't as full (they still looked great to us!) We will be back soon for a Bird of Paradise and some other plants to complete our yard. Thank you T&L for being so reliable and awesome!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND purchasing appliances from Home Depot if they require delivery…read more We ordered a refrigerator with delivery and installation, and the entire experience has been incredibly frustrating. When the delivery company arrived, the drivers refused to deliver or install the refrigerator because there was not a water shut-off valve located directly behind the refrigerator. We explained and showed them that the water shut-off is under the kitchen sink, and WE EVEN SHUT THE WATER OFF OURSELVES. They still refused. At that point, we told them to forget the installation. We simply asked them to bring the new refrigerator inside and remove the old refrigerator, which WE HAD ALREADY DISCONNECTED ourselves. They then told us they were NOT ALLOWED TO EVEN LEAVE THE NEW REFRIGERATOR because the water shut-off valve was not behind it. We contacted Home Depot corporate and were told that the delivery drivers were WRONG -- the water shut-off does NOT have to be located behind the refrigerator. Home Depot then rescheduled our delivery. When the next scheduled delivery day arrived, we received NO communication from Home Depot regarding a delivery window. We called to find out what was happening and were then told that the delivery wasn't actually scheduled and would have to be scheduled for TWO DAYS LATER. To make matters worse, the person on the phone once again insisted that if the water shut-off wasn't behind the refrigerator, they couldn't install it. We spent approximately 45 MINUTES arguing over something Home Depot corporate had already clarified. At that point, we repeatedly explained: JUST DELIVER THE REFRIGERATOR AND REMOVE THE OLD ONE. We were no longer even asking them to install it. The initial delivery drivers were also extremely rude and unprofessional throughout the entire interaction. When we spoke with a manager at Home Depot, he advised us that they have received an overwhelming number of complaints regarding this delivery company and that they were trying to find a replacement company. That statement alone says a lot about the experience customers are having. We purchased a refrigerator expecting a fairly simple process: deliver the appliance, install it, and remove the old one. Instead, we've dealt with rude delivery personnel, incorrect information, a refused delivery, a rescheduled delivery that apparently wasn't actually scheduled, no delivery-time communication, and nearly an hour on the phone arguing over whether they could simply DELIVER AN APPLIANCE WE ALREADY PAID FOR. Based on this experience, I DO NOT RECOMMEND purchasing any appliance from Home Depot that requires delivery. The amount of frustration involved in simply trying to get a refrigerator delivered has been completely unacceptable.

I have had AdvanceScape take care of my lawn maintenance for almost 3 years and have never once been dissatisfied with how it looks. Their attention to detail is the best I've seen - If there is one weed growing in your landscaping they make sure to grab it. We are about to build a pool soon and asked Cory for a quote on capping off the irrigation in the back and removing 2 very large palms. When he came out he walked through numbers and because he has been in the business for awhile, shared the cost I would have by replacing all the sod in the back if I just capped (I'm sitting on almost one acre) compared to the upfront reroute cost. I love that he is always transparent and doesn't pressure you into one thing or the other...We decided to re-route my irrigation instead and so thankful I did as my yard continues to stay green and will only have a small area of sod to replace at the end. Chris (who did the irrigation) made sure to walk me through the process and adjusted midway when I thought it would be cutting it close to pool area (my fault - not theirs), and without hesitation got right to it. I can't wait to have them come back out after the pool is finished to create a landscaping design and complete our backyard oasis. Highly recommend to anyone looking for any landscaping needs. -John

December 2024 - 6 month update…read more We have now had the new ProVista St. Augustine lawn for 6 month so I wanted to provide an update. As a part of the contractors work AdvanceScape to assess and modify the existing sprinkler system. Two additional irrigation zones were installed. As a result I am downgrading my 5 star rating to 2 stars based on the lawn condition presently and the amount of work I am now faced with doing to get it back to an acceptable standard. They did a good job with the landscaping aspect however they fell short on the irrigation part. The modifications made resulted in one rather large area receiving overlapping spray from different zones and has caused fungus at the grass root level. At the same time there are a couple of smaller areas that are not adequately covered and results in stressed grass. I cannot make adjustments to the run times because of the way the zones are laid out. As I have recently learned what should have been done was a better assessment of the spray patterns and the rotor nozzles swapped out to ensure a matched precipitation rate across all sprinklers for specific areas. Instead, all of the rotors were installed with the default 3 GPM nozzles regardless of the spray arch they were set at. While the AdvanceScape team did a great job in the other areas they we contracted to perform I can no longer recommend them to install irrigation systems. They simply did not do their due diligence when designing spray pattern coverage and they do not follow up to see how the work is holding up.
