While I probably did eat my money's worth, the brunch is ultimately came across as a meal designed to feed large numbers of people efficiently. It's not quite as fancy as you'd hope for a special occasion. You'll do pretty well if you're responsible for feeding a traveling football team that likes to eat. The roast beef is decent and the one item attended by a server that cuts you a fresh slice. The rest is very much buffet style. Again, quality is ok, and you won't go hungry but the experience didn't hit many high notes for me. Some of the food had been sitting a bit and wasn't as fresh, bacon for example was hard rather than crisp, but I think that's hard to avoid in a mass production like this. The dessert selection had some nice points like the little creme Brulee dishes and the chocolate fountain, but some of the other cakes and pastries did not seem homemade. The atmosphere is not elegant but casual and clean, like a classic family restaurant. Servers were very nice overall and check on you regularly to refill your drinks and take your plates. If you're hungry, staying at the hotel, and need a convenient place to eat, this will serve you fine.
