Being the only place around I've had no choice after the 1st time to go back, but I wouldn't have personally. And after this time I will drive before I do again. I had my pool closed by them and all my pipes froze that winter. Had to replace them. Then I ordered a piece I needed and waited 3 weeks to get it. First it was shipping which is understandable but then it was had to wait for a warehouse somewhere that has it or something, then no call back to say it ever arrived. Called multiple times and it was something each time. Then I call 3 weeks after the initial order and they say yes it's in...and no one calls me to tell me after all this until I call you??! So it's almost July and I haven't opened our pool all bc of this piece and waiting, while it sits there and no one calls to tell me. I could've drove or just figured out how to order it myself for that service.

They went above and beyond after the authorized fix and tested my pool water and provided chemicals to correct the water chemistry.
