I've met numerous artists, including photographers, potters, sculptors, painters, furniture makers and makeup artists who all have spaces here. It also lends itself to a very collaborative atmosphere since they all are right next to each other. In addition, you can host events here. I've been to lots of events here and have worked with groups that have hosted events here and everything is always very nice. There's one big room where the events are usually centered. The room is pretty basic and can be decorated to fit a variety of styles. They have funky lantern lights you can use if you want. I've been to auctions, art shows, parties and fundraisers, each of which gave the space its own unique feel. If you've got a larger event, you can set up space in the hallways between the artists' spaces. I've been to parties where there's food and a bar in the main room, but there are other bars placed in other open locations to allow people to flow around the building. This is pretty cool too since there's usually some random art installations hanging throughout the hallways. There's also ample parking in a lot across from the building, which is nice since this can be a problem at lots of downtown facilities. I'd definitely consider Plant Zero for a special event.

The staff was top notch, welcoming and attentive., The upstairs was warm and inviting (proper distancing and masks on) with two covered patios off the main dining room and bar overlooking Main Street and the new huge patio down stairs on the 17th St market side. We got cocktails at the bar and the gracious owner walked us downstairs to the large patio. He explained his plan (already in motion) of making a deli with bar and seating in a portion of the downstairs space, very cool. We sat on the patio with friends and enjoyed watching all the foot traffic around the market as well as a jazz duo (trombone and singer) on the corner. Now, the best part...Dinner. I had a classic Reuben, the GF had a Chicken salad croissant and our friends had a stuffed Hanover tomato and a pastrami and swiss on rye. The pastrami is done in house and was like nothing you will find locally, unbelievably tender, flavorful and perfect. Everything was super tasty, a good time was had by all and we look forward to more evenings on the patio and when they close Rosie Connolly's is right next door so...bonus. :)

While leaving some very lady who appeared to be in charge started being very rude. Mind the fact we were at the door walking out after having been inside a good 20 seconds. I even had to turn around to ask her why she was being so mean and rude. Definitely not someone I would want to work with for a private function. Anyhow I will certainly avoid the place in the future. And hey to the rude lady... How about some private function signs!

I was satisfied with my experience! Staff were always super friendly, room was very clean and well kept, and there were tons of amenities (kitchenette has everything you could need: full fridge, sink, silverware and dishes, a toaster, stove, cookware, a pitcher, etc). I was also pleased to encounter fully stocked Dove soaps in the bathroom. The rooms were great, but the hotel itself could use some updating. My biggest problem? I used the iron, and there were large amounts of limescale deposits coming out of the steamer, which caused some weird smells for my freshly laundered clothing. Not ideal for a conference! Note that the location is pretty out of the way from downtown, but it's a really solid option if you want to save some money upfront. Prepare for long wait times for Uber/Lyft/rideshare, and note that there aren't a lot of restaurants within walking distance.

It's central to the track and lots of shopping. You don't have a pool or breakfast, but you do have a nice apartment for your stay. The place is modern and fresh. We would definitely stay here again.
