From the attentive staff out front and in the gorgeous lobby that makes you think Vegas to the amazing ball room host to amazing weddings it's a simply great facility. Though only here for a few short hours for cocktail hour and a wedding reception I fully designed my own condo on their huge 80 in touch screen in the lobby fully giving you the lay of the land in your new beautiful high rise condo. The lighting is great with huge chandeliers, the carpet is elegant, but rugged, the upper balcony and staircase is detailed nicely, great ventilation and a large stage for performances of all kinds. Did I mention all the marble in the lobby or the bar as well. I've been to dozens of weddings, but this my first here in Richmond, but for an indoor reception and the happiness of the newlyweds along with the cocktail hour, food and drink I have to say this place is a treat and a beauty and something any prospective couple should look at if getting married in RVA.

This is located in Scott's Addition. It can also be used as an affordable wedding venue. I love the bathrooms here. They are fully stocked with thoughtful things like hair ties and floss. They have a women and men restroom. I last went for a WRIR fundraiser that was incredible. They opened one of the garage doors for a food truck to serve food from. I love the way the space is divided so you can have room for dancing/music as well as sitting down. I'd recommend hosting an event here.

The Virginia Department of Environmental Quality issued a Code RED Air Quality Alert across The Richmond Metro Area, for Fine Particulates. I contacted them several days in advance to voice my concerns, in an effort to limit their likely loss around the event, and be able to reschedule. They stated a desire to wait, it turns out until 3 hours before the event, maximizing the financial impact of the decision on their business and their customers. While they offer a 50% future credit, I was forced to decide between dining in a natural disaster vs being out $150. Ironically, those who tipped more lost out on more money. I contacted them to address my concerns, and they ghosted me. They do not insure their events, so in the event of a natural disaster, your pre-paid event (Wedding, Business event, workout, dinner) is your responsibility and you will be out your money. Book with caution. Do not pre-tip.

I've had reservations in major cities around the world and have never been ID'd for a table--especially not at a casual spot like this. From there, they automatically tacked on a 20% service fee for essentially a DIY dining experience. Once the server dropped off our food, she disappeared completely, leaving us to fetch our own drink refills and making the automatic markup feel entirely unearned. The food was just as low-effort. My bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich was basic and came with no hot sauce options. My daughter's kid's spaghetti had a watery sauce that slid right off the noodles. The pear and prosciutto pizza was basically a lackluster flatbread, and it even arrived with a torn piece of a Piancone wrapper sitting right on top that the server completely missed. To finish it off, we had to switch tables immediately because our picnic table was filthy underneath, complete with bugs crawling up through the wood planks. Between the weird host interrogation, poor hygiene, lazy food, and unjustified fees, I'd highly recommend spending your money elsewhere.
