Total came out to $90 w the bouquet add-ons. Flowers didnt even last that long either. Market Basket bouquets actually better for your standard roses. Spent $15 on a white/red rose bouquest here that lasted at last twice as long as the roses I got from Chalifours. I know V-Day can be hard to perform on. So maybe it was a one off. But hard to see the value to go back unless needing some sort of floral services. read more

Mom raved about the arrangement, and they delivered quickly at the last minute. Just used them again for a friend who is hospitalized. Gorgeous flowers delivered just 2 hours later. Gave me a metaphoric Valentines Day Heart Attack today! Ordered flowers 10-days in advance for delivery today. Called and spoke to Cody for an eta Window if possible. He could not find my Order Number, last name, or address. He would not definitely say he lost my order. He said he would call me later. They are not organized. Apparently their website orders (at least for busy Valentines Day) are outsourced to a third party and they are not part of a system to track those orders. A third party contractor did show up and said they did not here from shop. Still never heard back from Cody as of writing this review. If you want somebody that manages their own sales orders and are on top of your special day; go somewhere else. read more

I had a wonderful experience today with Chalifour's. I ordered my mom some flowers at 1:40 today and they were delivered by 4 pm. So impressed especially considering tomorrow is Mother's Day! The driver was so nice when he called. The flowers were "florists choice" as well as the daily special so I did not know what they would look like beforehand. Friday before my wedding my fiancé & I went to view our flowers. My account was taken over by the manager because the florist I was working with for the last 2 years left in December. When the manager showed me my flowers I was shocked. Beyond shock was more like it. Every single flower was PINK. I was in such disbelief that I had no words. My fiancé asked the manager 3 times if we could send her a picture of what I wanted & she said NO. My MOH flowers were 4 white roses. Not a smaller version of my bouquet. I immediately contacted a friend who is in the floral business & explained the horror of my flowers. My friend said no worries I will fix your flowers. Saturday morning they "fixed" my flowers. I was already in Maine getting ready for my wedding. I looked at the pictures and they were fixed but not as I wanted. I told the manager the flowers were fine. If it wasn't for my friend fixing my flowers, my day would of been very upsetting & stressful for me. Each color of my flowers had significant meaning. White for the wedding, pink for breast cancer & the stargazer Lilly because that is my favorite flower. I never received a phone call from chalifours for me to come in & do one last consultation to go over my flowers. This was horrible business practice & chalifours has lost us as customers. Absolutely the most disappointing experience of my entire wedding day! Ordered my flowers months ago, a week before the wedding I called to see if Michelle ( the wedding specialist) had questions, she couldn't find the order. This was after an Emil two days prior when I had toake an appointment for a phone call she's very busy!! She was very unprofessional and rude. When did find the order that we had actually emailed about two days prior, she said that she had it figured out. Skip forward to Friday the 3rd, we're picking up flowers and leaving town. First, the gray haired lady with a cane that works there, completely ignored us while she helped a regular customer (she called her by name) carry a tiny basket out to her car. Still not being helped. Finally, someone else that had no clue, brought my flowers out, centerpieces and my bouquet. My color was Tiffany blue, I had picked ivory roses and green white to green hydrangeas. Guess what? Michelle decided blue hydrangea worked!! Michelle appeared, didn't even ask I'd we liked them, I mean wait, she didnt even make eye contact. She struggled trying to process the credit card and no one offered to help us out to our car. Needless to say, when we got to our wedding destination, fortunately there was a huge white hydrangea bush on the property so we were able to pull the blue flowers and replace with white. Even then, they looked like shit. So, thanks Chalifours for taking my money, doing a terrible job, having crappy customer service and inferior products going out the door. I am a world class procrastinator so I ordered these flowers yesterday for delivery on Valentine's Day (today). I just went with the Deal of the Day upgraded cause I can't make decisions. I was pretty surprised when they arrived by 10:30 AM on Valentine's morning. I will from now on buy carnations from a grocery store rather than visit this place and have to suffer the awful customer service. Truly just awful. Zero care or consideration in preparing flowers for my hospitalized wife...and the arrangement put together was woefully amateur at best...tied with a balloon ribbon!! It looked like a joke. But even worse, I was treated like a second-class citizen, that is, totally invisible, throughout the time I was there. Zero help, zero suggestions, zero recommendations after explaining to the woman the situation. She said...and I quote, "go in the refrigerator and figure it out yourself." Even when I did so, she made me feel like I was putting her out when preparing a bouquet for my wife. Indeed, she even made snide remarks about my choices as she did so...not to me directky...but under her breath, just loud enough for me to hear her sanctimonious displeasure.. Yesterday my husband picked up a bouquet of flowers and the cashier was beyond rude. He asked "I'd like a bouquet " and the response was "go over there and pick it out yourself". When she was wrapping it , he asked for a ribbon as he saw thick beautiful ribbon. She wrapped it in cheap balloon ribbon and made sure to snap back reminding him rudely three times that they need a water source. I've lived in Manchester for 40 years and this was the place to go. For Valentine's Day I ordered 24 long stem roses for my partner through Teleflora. Teleflora unlike all the other Flowers sites has actual local florists deliver the flowers and rather than in a box unbloomed, these are presented in bloom in vase on delivery. Teleflora also allows you to actually choose a local florist from a list. I looked at all the options on Yelp and most had no reviews or poor reviews other than Chilfour's so I chose them. Couldn't be happier. The flowers arrived first thing in the morning and my partner has already posted them and my humerous card in the flowers to Facebook and they look picture perfect. I recommend ordering from them if you live in the area or through Teleflora and choose them if they are an option. Oh and Teleflora emailed me shortly after to let me know they were delivered. read more

If you go in and arrange your own bouquet, they'll wrap it up beautifully for you and will even attach water vials to each flower, major attention to detail. Nice to be able to be creative sometimes! I saw a beautiful arrangement on the website and took down the name of it. Then I called them to place my order. They were very willing to deliver the flowers on the same day. I gave them the name of the arrangement I wanted and that I wanted the midsized. What I saw on the website was beautiful full of red roses and red carnations with a few white flowers tossed in for contrast. We have been using Chalifours for years, I just called to order a boutonniere for the mother of a bride for a bridal shower this upcoming May 6th. Yes, a BOUTONNIERE, this is what the bride requested for her mom. I said I need it ready first thing at 8:00 am for the bridal shower. Not only was i told I was incorrect, she said "boutonniere's are for boys, corsages are for girls, ill order you a boutonniere". After I corrected Deb, she said I dont understand thats not what they wear. I explained that this was a request from the bride. After that, I asked her what she would recommend for a color/arrangement and SHE STILL GAVE ME ATTITUDE. We are paying customers, we don't need to be given attitude. She then told me I needed to allow for a wait time because it was prom and mothers day, I said well what do you mean, I need this ready when you open at 8 because we have a strict timeline for that day. She said well there might be a wait time. Looked at my calendar, mothers day is the next weekend. I am tempted to call back and cancel the order and spread the word to the bridal party not to use them and find someone else. Super disappointing. read more

When I lived in Manchester, Chalifour's was the place to go to get flowers, especially for prom! I no longer live in the area, but recently had a good friend pass away in Manchester. Since funeral details had not been made yet, I wanted to send a sympathy bouquet directly to a relative's home and I knew this would be the place to get the best arrangement. I went online and found their website incredibly easy to use, not to mention there were so many arrangements to choose from! I ended up going with a fall themed bouquet, something bright and colorful which reminded me of my departed friend. The medium size bouquet came to $50 with a $10 delivery fee. I found that to be completely reasonable since there was a large variety of flowers in the bouquet and it came with a decorative vase. I placed my order at noon and received an email at 2:30pm, the same day, advising me that the flowers had already been delivered to the home. To say that I was impressed and grateful for the quick response is an understatement. The family that received the bouquet spoke with me that evening and told me how beautiful the arrangement was. I cannot thank Chalifour's enough for creating high quality, beautiful arrangements and getting them to the recipient so quickly. read more
