I called and complained and was assured that the arrangement I ordered would be sent the next day in time for Christmas Eve. When the flowers had not arrived by 4 PM on Christmas Eve, I called and was told that they had changed the delivery date to December 26th. No one had contacted me to tell me this. I would not walk, but run from doing any business with these people.

I didn't think colors outside of the scheme would be added, like yellow, which I purposefully avoided because my mother doesn't like yellow. I didn't think that would mean replacing most of the flowers and removing the elements that made it unique. What was ordered does not resemble what was ordered in any way. The order should've been rejected or I should've been contacted.
