I needed to get my phone fixed as it was possessed by the devil and did not want Apple to charge an arm and leg. Turns out it was a home button issue. It was replaced within 30 mins. Jacky was honest and said it was either the home ($35) or power button ($45) after that you got a receipt for you phone pickup. But I stuck around anyway. They asked me to play around with my phone to make sure it was fine. It's been a few hours and still acting normal so I'm grateful. Hopefully the parts are fine. I also got a new phone case & protector for slightly less. I would likely buy those things on Ebay as it's much cheaper but at least now I don't have to wait a month for it to come in.

From the moment we got it back, the phone was freezing, becoming unresponsive, and the display colors were visibly off -- all signs of a faulty repair or defective part. On March 8, we returned after a thick vertical line appeared on the screen. They replaced it again under warranty, but not before implying my son had caused the damage -- which he firmly denies. That second replacement was done around 1:00 PM. By 7:00 PM the same day -- less than 6 hours later -- the screen stopped working entirely. The screen protector was completely intact, ruling out any physical damage on our end. We are now being told they will not fix it and that WE are responsible for the damage. This is completely unacceptable. This is our third visit for what should have been a simple screen replacement. The pattern is clear -- either defective parts are being used, or the installation quality is poor, and rather than taking accountability, they are blaming the customer. I would strongly advise anyone looking for a phone repair to look elsewhere. This shop takes no responsibility for their own work and will leave you worse off than when you came in.

A repair like this should last much longer. This raises a concern about the quality of parts and workmanship. Initially Tom offered to check with their supplier, and then he declined to accept that the cause can be poor workmanship or defective part. He became visibly upset and declined to accept responsibility. He started to manipulate the situation and refused to investigate the issue further. He artificially created a situation to stop the repair and refused to provide his manager contacts His attitude was rude and unprofessional. I had a very poor experience and received service that was far below expectations, especially for the $180 I paid. I do not recommend this shop to anyone. They use bad quality parts with little to no warranty.
