I BROUGHT IN MY PS FIVE IN DECEMBER TO GET THE HDMI PORT FIXED. THE ONLY PROBLEM WITH THE PS FIVE WAS THAT THE HDMI PORT WAS BROKEN. A month later, we start having problems with the disc drive. We have never had problems with the disc drive before bringing it to cell geeks. So I called back this company and let them know what's going on and that there was no issues with the disc drive prior to us bringing it to them And the owner of this establishment decided to yell at me and hang up in my face and tell me that it's not his problem. Do not bring your electronics here. It is a waste of money and you will leave with more problems than you came with. read more

I called before coming to the store and asked if they could get the photos off of one laptop and fix the screen on another one. They told me they could take the hard drive out of the other computer and pull the data off of it. When I dropped the computers off they told me that they would call me the following day. I ended up having to call them. Over the phone they seemed like they could care less about having my business. They were very disinterested and came across as kind of lazy. I decided to pick up both computers and take them somewhere else. Maybe they are ok for fixing cell phones but as far as computers go they don't really seem like they want to work on them. read more

Took in my 2017 surface pro for a battery replacement . Best Buy wouldn't touch it so I contacted cell geeks. They gladly accepted the job and told me the price to complete the job . I agreed to the cost and time frame, it was completed on time and at the price agreed upon. I am happy with the quality of the service I received. I brought my device to these gentleman and they said they would fix it. The screen was working for a week and then it did not work anymore. I had someone take the phone to them. They took the phone back with the receipt. 3 weeks later they told me oh the phone isn't working because of the logic board. This guy couldn't even tell me what a static pad was. They returned my phone with missing parts and this can be verified by Joe Whitehead of Tech ER. I had 9 screws missing, wireless pad and who knows what other connections. I just called today 5/26 and the gentlemen was argumentative and saying that he knows what he's doing he's been doing this for 20 years. I'd recommend staying far far away from this business. Here's my story and I'll try to break it down as clearly as possible. 1. I called a phone store in the target parking lot in Conroe and they said I could bring it in and they could just put it on for me. I didn't feel like driving all the way to Conroe so I called Cell geeks in Willis. 2. I asked Cell Geeks in another location about putting the band and how much would that be on my watch and he told me he would do it for free but he would not be open by the time I came there and he told me I could come back after 4:30 in which I didn't feel like waiting that long. 3. I called the Cell Geeks In Huntsville told them my situation and the guy sounded like he hated his job and told me I could bring it in. 4. I get there and he just starts putting the band I gave him on my watch and when he finishes he asked me how am I going to pay him. 5. I asked how much did he want and he said $15, in which I asked if he could just do $5 cause I am not paying that much to someone when all he did was put a band (THAT I gave him) on my watch. Now I would see why he would charge me if I bought the watch band from the store and he put it on for me. 6. He then tells me "look, do you see how much I have to fix?" And also said "That's not right" multiple times. I went to different places to get the quote i found the cheapest quote from Cell Geeks. They fixed my phone in about fifteen minutes even faster they said they would.
