I went into this store to buy a new eSIM card for my wife's phone because she was having issues with her phone. Apple and Verizon customer service told me her phone (the hardware) was fine but when I went into this store, the woman who helped me, the blonde hair and glasses, told me I needed a new phone and the eSIM card with only work for 24 hours. My wife's phone was having problems with her physical SIM card and service where she couldn't connect. Something didn't sit well with me when the woman told me not to spend $30 for an eSIM card but rather sign up for a new plan that would charge me an extra $25 a month or $900 for the next three years. She was pushy about it and put a lot of pressure on me to trade in my wife's phone and spend more on a new plan. I left the store, and later came back and I was happy that another worker came over and helped me. I bought the eSIM card and my wife's phone has been working without one issue. So let's see, spend $30 for an eSIM card or be told I have to buy a new phone and spend $900 over the next three years??? I do not recommend this store. They just want to rip you off and buy a new phone and upgraded plan. read more

This afternoon we stopped by Verizon and was helped by Sean D. He went beyond the call of duty helping us. We were there getting our upgrades and he was incredibly friendly, kind and informative. It's refreshing to go someplace and deal with someone that truly loves their job. We had to go food and he told us to feel free to eat there while we waited. He offered us bottled water all the while going into detail About what we bought and everything we needed to know about it. Highly recommend. The service is top notch! read more

Worst experience ever! Unfortunately, I dealt with an associate that was either unwilling or unqualified to handle the issue my phone was having. I left bewildered and completely unsatisfied. One week after visiting the store I am still working on trying to set my phone to all of its previous settings, networks and capabilities. I will never step foot in this store again. I stopped in today to get an upgrade due to my phone having water damage and I worked with Scott. Let me tell you about this guy - In addition to his charm that could've sold me a flip phone just so I could continue talking to him, his ability to recommend great pizza is impeccable. As I sit on the beach with my working phone and perfectly crispy pizza, I can't help but think that this would've never been possible without Scott. A true life saver when I would've had to drive home tomorrow without a phone or the experience of this pizza. With all of this being said, please don't underestimate this dude. Inside of his kind exterior I can tell he is a total badass. If you're ever going to cross him I highly recommend doing it inside a Verizon store when he's got his nice guy facade going...
