The guy was fast and nice and the price was pretty decent but after replacing my screen my iPhone keeps shutting down and going blank. I've tried restoring the phone and running a software repair program. Nothing has worked so far. It shuts off and comes back on when it wants to. I came in earlier today with a cracked Samsung S4 screen. I had already had the screen replaced once before because a friend of mine cracked the phone. I had no idea that that was an issue so I didn't mention it when I dropped my phone off. Not only that, when I did drop my phone off, they didn't even ask for my name OR a number to reach me at. I found this to be REALLY sketchy. I told them my name anyway and they put a small sticker on my phone with my last name on it. They told me it'd cost $75, that was considerably cheaper than the first time I got the screen replaced so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. They told me to come back for my phone in an hour. I went shopping for an hour and half and came back. When I came back, they told me they couldn't fix the screen because it was already fixed before. Since it was apparently replaced with a screen that isn't authentic (which I was not aware of, it says "Samsung" on it....), they told me that it would cost $129 because they would need to replace the LCD screen as well. They guaranteed that they would crack the screen if they pulled the replaced screen off. I'm going to assume that replacing the LCD screen is some sort of liability... Which is funny since not getting any of my information sounds like that could have been a liability, could it not? I decided to look for more estimates because that is ridiculous. Especially since they didn't get a number to contact me on. My screen is also a lot looser than it was before I brought it in. I was considering not fixing the screen and just living with the crack but now it's mandatory that I get the screen replaced. I found another store that estimated me at the same price, if I can't find anything better (though I may be able to get it replaced for $89 at a location farther away, feel free to ask me about it), I will be taking my business there. I am visiting from Los Angeles and back home, they always ask for some contact information to let you know that they are done fixing your phone. The cell phone repair store I normally go to even checks in while he's repairing. read more

Love this place. I cracked the screen of my Samsung Galaxy S3 & found out my carrier insurance would charge me a $200 deductible to replace it. So I went looking for another option. I did a craigslist search for cell phone repair and found this place. They have good hours for those of us with day jobs. I saved $100, my phone was done in less than an hour. Had an iPad screen replaced for $99. I dropped it off and picked it up 2 hours later. I don't know what Apple would charge for a similar repair but I doubt it would be reasonable or worth investing in an old iPad. read more

Took my ipad to the Cell Phone Doctor with a piece of the charging plug broken off in the ipad. It was really stuck and did not have any material sticking out that we could grab. Cell phone doctor took care of it quickly and for a reasonable price. Highly recommend! read more

I came in for a cracked/no longer functioning screen on an iPhone and he fixed it in 10-15 minutes. Screen works the same as original. A little pricey but cost lot less than a new iPhone! read more

Super Honest! I came here when they 1st opened to fix my iPhone screen. They did it immediately and with the going price. I was happy with it. Never had another issue. Today I stopped in because I thought the screen on my work-issued iPad was broken. He took a look at it and sat down to work with it. Then he said- 'it's not broken-your company put a protector on it'- he took the broken protector off and cleaned it for me. No charge! He said other places may have used my naivety and said they would replace it, take it in the back, do the same thing and charge me full price. I believe him! Highly recommend this store!
