It was supposed to be all new stuff in it. it was a windows XP that had been upgraded with several things not on because the mother board and hardware could not run everything in that windows version. It had downloaded porn on it . also a video of the worker and dog in shop. Told me that i could not get the card reader and did not want to put dbl cd/dvd in it. They charged almost 700 bucks for it to . VERY VERY rude and hateful . called to see if they offered support for it since it cost so much. unbelievably just way rude when we took it back because of the porn and it being used they tried to say that wasn't true but there it was on my computer not to mention well the guy was still logged in on Google forgot to log out. The casing of the dbl layer said it was a LightScribe It had a off brand one and a very old HP one, but they put it in a double case of a LightScribe one . I didn't' find out until few years later when i actually took it and opened the dvd case thing myself hard drive was not new, nothing was but it did have some cool looking blue lights in it. that did not last long.I am very sure they will remember who I am because it was not cool at all. maybe not my name but they will know what this is about. EXSPECIALLY THE PORN. When I called and asked why in the Event Viewer there were a massive amount of things lit up red saying there was stuff wrong and not on and warnings , my answer from them was, Why the hell are you in there anyway , I said well probably because its my computer. Then I was told very rude that no support was offered and that they had to learn everything their selves. The reason was because it was a custom upgraded windows xp to a windows 7 and it could not run everything that the windows 7 did because to old of hardware so a lot of things were turned off to make it run and look like it was ok . But it was far from it. this will never happen again !!!!!!!
