We unfortunately arrived very late and all the food, bars and eateries were closed, but walking through the facility even as late as 10:00 p.m. was refreshing and a beautiful sight to behold. It is very artistic: MSY is bright, open, airy, beautifully decorated and a pleasure to walk through observing the art. All of the welcoming signs to NOLA. Clean. Everything was clean upon our late arrival. The restrooms where I found myself ducking into after our arrival to change an infant was clear, clean and free of any and all signs of trash. Extremely easy to navigate to baggage claim, parking garages, rideshare/Uber/Lift are all easy to get to. Rideshare pickup is right outside of baggage claim just for the record...no traveling across the hallways to find the appropriate exit door for your contact. Signage is WONDERFUL! After a long delay of waiting at one airport to arrive to MSY it was a welcoming feeling to not have to deal with another disruption in our travel with trying to find the exit for transportation to our hotel. The door was easy to find, service/pick-up island was right there, and we were excited to have a ride within 3 minutes of requesting, once we stepped out of those doors. Our experience was fantastic. Let me say again, MSY is a very artistic airport! It's bright, open, airy, beautifully and cheerfully decorated for sure.

I wish I had known about this library when I was in school, this would have been an ideal place to come spread out and study. I do love a nice quiet place to study. As mentioned in a previous review, they do have small study rooms to use, which I love. The librarians are friendly, and I have never had an issue with anyone here. You can request items from other branches to be picked up here, which is nice. The parking lot is on the small side, but this is a small branch of the library. I really like coming here.

There's really not much more to say about Wagner Library, except for one cool discovery that I made in here. This library has tiny rooms with a desk, outlets, and a door. Between these private, underutilized spaces and the free wifi, I thought, "Hey, I could make this into an office." And that's what I did. All was moving along swimmingly. I was Yelping, I was Facebooking. I was Tweeting. And then I realized my office was lacking one crucial detail. I needed an assistant to bring me lattes and things. So I looked around, found the meekest looking person in that joint (not hard. this *is* a library), and started barking orders. "Thelma!" (Actually, I'm not sure what my assistant's name was, but I'm writing the checks here, so I can call her what I want, right? Well, technically, I'm not writing checks. Thelma is doing more of an internship, but this internship will be *great* experience (with college credit!), so I don't feel obligated to get into semantic arguments with you on this, ok? So anyway...) "Thelma, go get me a grande non-fat soy chai latte with a half shot of espresso extra hot...Thelma, go get me some of those Zuckerberg-style business cards that say 'I'm CEO, bitch' on them...Thelma, order me a gold-plated placard that says 'Do not disturb. Yelping in progress.'...Thelma, go get me some sexy panties for my date with Sergio tonight." Thelma did not budge. And that's where my experience at the Wagner Library went sour. You really cannot find good help these days. I offered this woman a huge opportunity to further her career and guess what? Nothing. The library was fine, my office was nice, but do not go to Wagner Library hoping to find a decent assistant.

New South Parking at the New Orleans airport is a scam. They have a lot that is designated for…read moreoversized vehicles. I parked my Land Rover Defender 110 there and came home from a 5 day trip to a boot on my car. I had to go find the office to talk to someone. Nikki informed me that my car was not considered oversized. I asked for a list of cars that are considered oversized and she said they don't have one. I tried to show her on my phone that my car is considered oversized and then she proceeded to tell me that was not my car and would not walk with me to see that it was indeed my car. Needless to say I had to pay $100 to get the boot off. Nikki is neither friendly nor helpful. It's a shame the New Orleans Airport has hired this group.

I really like this mall and have recently started coming back more often. It has all the stores I…read moreneed in one place. During the holidays it does get busy, but it's not overwhelming. I frequent Dillard's and Macy's the most, especially when I'm looking for a nice dress and have time to browse and try things on. Overall, it's a convenient and enjoyable shopping experience. The mall does close at 7pm since Covid and that's the only unfortunate part.

I've been dealing with a skin discoloration condition that has really affected my confidence, and honestly, it's been tough. But every time I walk into the store and see Toya, I feel an immediate sense of relief. I already know I'm in good hands. She takes her time to really match my colors perfectly, explains everything in a way that's easy to understand, and shows me how to apply everything step by step. It never feels rushed, even when the store is busy. She gives the same level of care and attention every single time, and that means more than I can put into words. It's a great place for dates, groups of people, birthdays, friends, anything! I love to go and watch a game. Their nightly specials are awesome too (thirsty thursday!) They even have a band area where you can hang out after the game and catch a live performance. The fireworks there are pretty awesome too. All around great experience and cool place to hang out. They even have a pool if that's your sort of thing! And you can buy really cheap tickets to sit on the levee but even closer seats aren't that expensive.

We got to the stadium and exactly one food venue and one drink venue were open. The lines were long almost the whole game. The venue itself is fine and the staff were polite, but I was super disappointed at the extremely limited food and drink options. I was talking to a staff member who said weekdays evenings were dead sometimes, but that's no excuse to have only 1 food vendor open in the entire stadium. Please, please ownership, have more food vendors open for your poor customers and overworked staff!
