One of my favorite places to park when traveling. It's my GO-TO for all things parking & airport travels. I love searching online for a coupon to get discounted parking; and I suggest joining the loyalty program to get discounts on parking for future travels. Upon arrival to the parking lot, and after you've come through the entry gate and received your time, stamped ticket; you park your vehicle in the designated spot, albeit covered or non-covered as assigned by the cashier. The shuttle will drive to your location, they will pick you up, then drop you off at the airport departures gate accordingly. You are provided with a ticket to mark where your car is located. Because of you anything like me, one of the last things I'm gonna remember when heading off on travel excursions is where my car is parked. Upon returning from your travels, one would head to the designated area at the airport for pick up and reverse the process: - provide your ticket to the driver - he or she will drop you off at your vehicle - you head to the cashier and present your coupon along with the time stamped ticket you received at the gate upon entry - pay and you are out of there I love that they will provide you with a bottle of cold, cold company branded water... this is quite refreshing on a hot day of travel. I appreciate the kind gestures as I look to receiving the water as it marks of the culmination of my travels. And the initiation of planning for my next travel excursion. read more

Read the fine print. Like get you magnifying glass out, because the fine print is not clearly stated either. This place claims to give coupons for parking but after the "taxes and fees" the price comes out to their regular rate of around $16 a day. I feel bamboozled. I will never spend my hard earned money here and will do my best to warn my traveling friends of this place. The MSY economy lot is much better and upfront about the price. Service there is very good. Employees are courteous. The shuttle bus was prompt as usual. But there is a slight of hand in the credited days of parking. I parked there from Friday morning about 9:30 AM until Wednesday afternoon about 1:30 PM. That's 6 days of paid parking. They give you a free trip up to 7 days after you log 35 paid days of parking. However, they don't count the last day unless you are there for the full 24 hours. In other words, I would have had to stay until the next morning at 9:30 AM to get credit for 6 days. Of course, then I would have been charged for another day. There is no way to get credit for the last day. Keep in mind, I paid for six days. I had 29 days of credit when I arrived. Six days later, I only get 34 days (5 additional) credit. I get that I was only there for 5.2 days. But they charged me for 6 days. I park there between six to 10 days a year. read more

US Park is my go to parking service whenever I fly out of MSY. It's much cheaper than using Uber or Lyft. They always have multiple shuttles running no matter what time- I've left for super early flights (4am departure from the airport) and gotten in super late (1am arrival at the airport). The shuttle drivers are always nice, helpful with luggage and get you where you need to go in an urgent manner. Bring cash to tip them for their excellent service! Their prices have increased to $15.95 per day for uncovered parking but it's worth it. They also have covered parking and you can make a reservation ahead of time. They always have a coupons available on their website so check that before you pay your ticket. read more

Very professional from the time we went through the gate to park until our return from the airport. Drivers were amazing, on time and a massive help getting all the bags in and us secure for the ride. People at the gate were equally professional and speedy.. at check out we were even given a nice cold bottle of water for each passenger in the car. Price was very reasonable and better than most in the area. Never had a concern of being late for our flight, as the driver was very knowledgeable and dropped us as close to our gate as possible. I will utilize them again instead of riding around in the airports parking garage only to find it completely full of people that don't respect a normal parking space. Great Job USPARK !! Led to believe; $8/ day coupon times 5 days=$40 Additional days $12.00 times 2= $24 Taxes at roughly 10%=6.40 Total would be $71ish Called to make reservation was told they had plenty of room. Followed procedures to claim and validate discounted rates without reservation. Got out of there for a grand total of $100. Read the fine print, Im sure they will tell you its in there. Feel misled. I raved about this on Google however that was while u was on vacation still. I had a coupon for 8 bucks a day which was amazing however I was hit with random fees before exiting. Although small amounts, it adds up. With fees you can pay the same in the economy long term and not have to utilize a shuttle service and be at the airport. I recently parked my car here while traveling thru MSY airport during the Thanksgiving holidays and took advantage of the new user first 5 days of parking at $5.00 each addl day is $14.95 for covered parking and $14.00 for non covered parking. There is an attendant when you drive in and leave but it's not secured per se. What disappointed me the most is those addl fees incurred. You are charged a state tax, parish tax, Cory of kenner tax, and an airport fee totaling amd addl $20.00. I wish I would have know this prior to parking here. One and done. read more

It took 40 minutes for the shuttle to pick us up. I was able to reach the front gate by phone after 25 minutes, but the attendant claimed she had already sent a shuttle to our area---which she had not. I found her attitude to be rude and not customer focused at all. I wound up flagging down a shuttle in the middle of the lot. Another person told me they had to wait 20 minutes, and were rebuked for leaving their car after that time. It was a thoroughly frustrating experience. Due to a couple other smaller delays, we wound up missing our flight. Won't be using them again. Avoid this place!!! read more

The pricing is not clear at all. Taxes and airport fee add a full 25.75% to the posted price. It would be more transparent to simply present a daily rate that includes all that. Then, a comparison to the flat daily rate at economy parking is easier to make, and a choice can be made simply on service. I'm leaning toward using the economy parking lot to remove aggravation of those extra taxes. Quick calc: US Park is just about $5 a day more than Economy parking. Also, the 35 days parking for up to one week free... For the $175 differential you can get 14 days' Economy parking, and those days are used in the blocks (1 to 14) as you want, not 7 days parking per shot even if using fewer. Something to think about during the shorter ride from the Veterans lot or the longer ride from the economy lot. read more

My car was hit in the parking lot while on vacation. Called to report the accident and ask about video footage. Was rudely interrupted only to be told that there are no cameras in the area I was told to park. Also, don't fall for the coupon. They just add all kinds of fees on top so you don't save any money. read more

Waited 30 minutes as they passed me 4 times. Barely made my flight. Didn't help anyone with bags. Never again.

Firstly, they did not explain to wait by your car for the shuttle, so many customers were confused & then turned away to be sent back to their vehicles (very upset). The check in process was also slow as there was a lot of going back & forth over the radio w/the check in person. Glad we got there when we did because by the time we headed out in a shuttle, there was a line down Vets....& this is at 4:45am. Our return trip to our car, unfortunately, made this experience worth writing a review. While it's not the drivers' fault on either of these rides (they're pleasant & only doing what they're supposed to & w/in staffing constraints likely), there were obviously only 2 shuttles running in the late night/early AM (12:50am). This meant we waited 3 full shuttle trips for our turn due to the volume of customers. It took a total of 60 minutes from the time we got in line for the shuttle until our arrival to our car (including the 4 stops to drop off others). As we pulled into the lot, all the riders echoed the same, "we will never park here again," as we looked with wide eyes at the line of cars waiting to check out. The coupon is not worth it! People were holding up the line just to get the coupon to scan from their phones. Everyone just wants to get home at 2am! Living so close to the airport I've never parked my vehicle. This was a short trip & our flight times were not convenient w/anyone's schedule to arrange transportation. If this ever happens again, I'll be paying the airport garage fees gladly Sorry, US Park. Upgrade (automate) your systems for faster service/check in/out & then maybe more staff can drive. read more

We got the tempting first time parking $5/day coupon which is good for the first 5 days. We were going to be gone 7 so it was still cheaper then an Uber/taxi round trip. We had an easy time parking with their bright lights and big signs off the freeway. The shuttle was right there to drop us off at the airport only 2 minutes away. Returning was a completely different story. We landed at 11:30 pm, went straight to get picked up because we only had carry on luggage. Saw a airline location bus right away which said they don't serve veterans location (two different managers), called the veterans lot twice with no answer, another airline bus came and when we explained we had been waiting 30-40 min she felt bad and took us over. We arrived to se the bus driver chatting with the office attendant (no wonder they didn't answer the phone). The driver claimed they never got a call... Anyhow the kicker was that because of the 45 min delay we were charged an entire extra day (@ $16/day!) because it was 12:40 am at this point. I am an Airline employee and have been parking at the US Park on Veterans Boulevard since the Airport opened in November 2019. The manager, Julie, is the most professional, friendly, personable individual I know. All the drivers, the personnel working the booth and the management team are tremendous!!! The shuttle is always on time making my daily commute for work stress free. The contract pricing is significantly better than the Airport pricing. The employees are the best in the business. Best off site parking for the MSY. Very helpful folks, modern new facility. The shuttle waited for me to unload, then dropped off curbside by the check in counter. The hand you a handwritten note with your parking spot, instructions for when returning to check the shuttle back to off site parking. I am a frequent parker at US Park since Park 'N Fly is no longer available. The price is way out of line -- particularly if you return late at night. A few months ago, my flight was significantly delayed and did not arrive until 4:00 a.m. Took multiple calls to get a shuttle. This week, another flight delayed that did not arrive until 1:00 a.m. No shuttle in sight despite at least 20 people waiting. Lady answering the phone was RUDE, RUDE, RUDE. It is apparent that US Park does not monitor flight arrivals to ensure continuous service. read more

Most convenient alternative to MSY onsite parking. The folks are all very friendly despite appearing to be short a few shuttle drivers.

Horrible. Had to wait well over 50 minutes to get a shuttle back to the lot. Plus, got charged an extra day because they took too long to get the shuttle over to the airport. 20.75% tax rate on 14.00 daily rate for uncovered parking... what a joke. Park at the old terminal parking and save $5 per day. My first experience at this lot was spectacular. The service was quick and everyone was very sweet. The shuttles were the fastest I've ever experienced ANYWHERE. The shuttles were so clean the building was clean! They handed me free amenities! The shuttle drivers insisted on helping me with my luggage! I will park at this lot EVERYTIME!
