I'm disabled missing a leg. Went to Mr Wheelchair for replacement wheels for my current chair. Mr Jones looked up my chairs information and ordered back and front wheels for me, having them sent to my home at my request. There was a small discrepancy with the back wheels however they worked with the tire manufacturer until everything was correct. very pol an professional staff. I bought a second lightweight chair at a very reasonable price to keep in my car. works great. Very decent inven of mobility products. The only disadvantage with them is that they don't work with Medicare so purchases are all out of pocket. read more

DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS. These workers were so rude and mean they had the worst attitude when we asked them for advice about wheel chairs and scooters. There were 3 workers there, 1 was on the phone and when we walked in they just stared at us until we asked them for prices. When we inquired about seeing the rental wheel chairs and scooters the woman sighed and had an attitude about getting them. I was handicapped and using crutches due to an injury and instead of bringing the wheelchair to me to sit down on and try out, the woman left them in the middle of the floor and made me walk to it. But luckily my mom was there to help me and brought the wheel chair the rest of the way. Mind you there was no one in there other than the workers and it was the middle of the day so I'm not sure why they had such a horrible attitude and bad customer service. If you're looking to get an affordable wheelchair don't waste your time here they don't care about you. Just go to a thrift store like Red. Made my reservation from California a few weeks prior to our arrival for a scooter for three days. It was there at the hotel when we arrived. We got a lot of use out of it and no problems at all. So glad we rented this, no stress about how long I could manage before the pain got unbearable. Wow! This was such a pleasant experience. Unfortunately, my boss' wheelchair joystick stopped functioning at a conference. She was desperate to get a power chair as she is not a fan of being pushed in a bulky manual chair. Mr. Wheelchair was quick, easy, and friendly! I want to give prop's to Heather, a store employee of Mr. Wheelchair. I was visiting New Orleans with my wife and mother. My mother uses a Jazzy Jet 20 for mobility assistance. While in town the rains were very heavy and the rear casters/wheels came apart, rendering the chair useless. I called Heather, she took the serial number, & found suitable replacement wheels at a fair price. When I went to the store to get them she even came outside of the store and installed the replacement casters/wheels. The kind of service she provided is rare nowadays. read more

I bought a lift chair for my mom in April of this year, last week I noticed the left arm was starting to separate from the chair. II called Sean of Mr. wheelchair and after trying to get in touch with the manufacturer of the chair, who is in California and affected by the wildfires, Sean was not able to get in touch with them.
