Summary: Check camera, face id and all necessities before you leavemaybe lock apps with very private information. Don't need them seeing my commission UPDATE.. After my phone was fixed now there is a specific place on the screen that cannot be pressed on. Another hassle. I'm going to call and try to see if they can fix this problem. It's like every time I go to them to fix a problem I end up with a new one‍‍‍

The response was that is because they put the cheapest screen, but they never gave me the options to choose from. When I get back home I noticed another issue - important display issue message that never comes away (the photo is attached). In the next two days I also noticed the battery capacity reduced significantly while I was barely using my phone! Before I brought the phone to Cellular ER the battery lasted whole day and even longer, and I used my phone for making photos, watching videos and music listening. So I finally gave them a call, and they explained that the battery capacity reduced due to the cheaper screen! You guys should disclose all these to your customers before! Knowing all these from the very beginning I would never pay this money and rather bring my phone to Apple and pay twice.

I took it to IWireless (can't remember whether it was a Thursday or Friday) he said he would order a screen and have it ready by Monday at 3. I called after 3 and he said it would be ready in a few hours so got there around 8 pm. He was nice enough to loan me a phone so I could download contacts and make calls so I thought "what a nice guy." On Thursday the same week, I was waiting for an uber and sitting on the curb and dropped the phone again. It was about a 3 inch fall at most and the screen had a very large shatter at the bottom and immediately went to half black screen with colored lines. I figured they must have a warranty, so I took it back Friday only to find him, shaking his head, and saying there was nothing he could do. Since I have had that phone 4 years, dropped it before from much further and it had not cracked until I took it there the first time, I can only assume that it was the cheapest possible screen. I only reflected on them not offering a warranty after going to Geek Squad where they were shocked and mentioned that all repair shops offer some sort of warranty. So all I can say is the "nice guy" was not such a nice guy after all. Buyer Beware. I would never take a phone back there and expect a quality fix. Buyer Beware.

Doesn't use a tool or anything calls a guy and says they won't give price until they are done. Insurance only covers the lower of replacement or repair and unwilling to say what the cost is. His response "WHATs in it for ME?" I'd prefer to shop at a small family shop like this, so would love to endorse, but lack of integrity and can't even provide a written quote of what he would charge. #shame on the lack of integrity; it represents everything currently wrong with Miami, when there is so much good in this wonderful city

The phone would receive calls, but she couldn't get them because the screen was unresponsive. They took us without appointment, detected the problem in 2 minutes, and fixed the phone in 10. Their prices were totally reasonable (I think they charged her $95).
