Was buying a iPhone 6s for my mom birthday. We both missed a huge dent on the back. Sam was really helpful with getting me a new phone even though the dent one was "new". He blamed packaging and it can be damaged during transport. When asked about why packaging wasn't sealed he said it was so phones could be unlocked. I bought my 6s brand new unlocked from Apple and their packaging was sealed. I should have known something was up when I found out there was NO returns or refunds. If you stand behind your products so much why would you be worried about people coming back demanding refunds? I would have given this place less stars but Sam was really helpful in resolving our issue, but there should have never been an issue in the first place. Despite owning so many "new" phones Sam admitted he purchased his phone through Apple which I thought was kind weird but whatever. Would I recommend this place to my friends and family? Probably not. I sent to fix a phone's screen, Samsung s10+ to cell spa. The phone's issue was not resolved. on April 21, 2022 I picked up the phone with the rubber band on it. As per instructions of the tech, I took off the rubberband 24 hrs later. The line appeared minutes after I took the rubber band. We sent you a text to Josh, and he did not respond. I called the next business day, and he said it was not their fault. The phone was NOT dropped, smashed, or banged. The phone was placed in the protective case as instructed after taking off the rubber band. We asked for a gel; he used another material which left the screen in less than usable conditions and sloppy. Josh agreed that the technician should have used the gel protector and that he would order one for me, and he never called me bACK. When we called he ignored our calls. $20 for a protector. My phone fell and the screen got cracked and should have not. We gave cell spa a 2nd chance to benefit from the doubt to make it good with this situation. Again very disappointed! We are requesting a refund us the complete charge of $320. I called, left him a message to contact me on this matter, sent him a text, and he has not responded. If I could give negative stars I would. I took my phone to cell spa about two weeks ago for them to replace my screen. I had dropped the phone. They replace the screen for about half of what a reputable shop wants. Within a day I began to have trouble with it not responding to me dialing. Within a few days the screen seemed loose and was wiggling. Today (two weeks later) the screen separated even more and the phone was unusable. It was dialing and trying to text without me touching it. The touch screen was non responsive. When I took it to a reputable shop they took it apart and found A CELL SPA business card in the phone!!!!! The shop had put their card in the phone behind the glass!!! Beware!!! Horrible work! DO NOT GO HERE Trust me.. Save your money! I originally found this company on Groupon. Sam answered my original call and asked I not use Groupon. Upon arrival, every employee harassed me. One cousin asked me on multiple dates. Sad. They proceeded to upcharge me on EVERY service I came in for and continued trying to sell me useless items. I have unfortunately returned to this store THREE TIMES to get my cell phone fixed and each time the "replaced battery" keeps blowing out. In conclusion, this company has cost me $100+ in Uber transportation and I am still having to go to the Apple store tomorrow because my phone died and will not turn on. Bottom line: They did fix my screen, but mislead me about the cost and broke my LED light in the process. Horrible customer service and horrible atmosphere. When we walked in there were people sleeping and loudly snoring on the couches and on the floor. I cracked the screen on my Galaxy S4, so I checked Groupon. I found a deal that said $60 for an S4 screen replacement, so I called before I purchased it and asked them if the Groupon would cover the entire repair, or if there would be an extra charge. The guy said yes, it would cover the whole repair and to ask for Johnny when I got there. Well, when I got there later that week, I showed Johnny my Groupon and told him that we had spoken on the phone. He took my phone and said it would be ready in 3 hours. I live 45 minutes from the store, so I left my phone in the store and they said they would call me on a different number when it was ready to pick up. My boyfriend went to pick my phone up as the store was closing (they had never called us to let us know it was done). They told him that some sensor had been damaged too, so they had replaced that along with the screen and it would cost an extra $30. They did not call to let me know that they would be replacing parts or even tell me that there was the potential for additional charges. I had specifically been told by Johnny that the Groupon would cover the entire replacement. By this time, the store was closing and they would be closed the next day (Monday), so he just paid the extra $30 and got out of there. Immediately after getting my phone back, I realized that the LED was no longer working properly. The red light that should be lit when the phone is charging never comes on. read more

Horrible horrible horrible customer service and repair work here! The people are so rude. They will over charge you and do a terrible job fixing your device. On top of that they will never keep their word on how long it will take or how much it will cost you. I was trying to get LCD fixed on my phone. These people said they will get the part in 2 days and fix it in 30 mins but they kept me waiting for a whole weeks for the part and then four days to fix it. They said it will be $80 but later said it could be much more. And all this time they were being so rude and unprofessional. And in the end they couldn't even fix it. I got it fixed from elsewhere so much cheaper and in 40 mins. So take my word for it don't go here! read more

Everything checked out and we wanted to buy it. Then the guy said that he's going to the back to get us one. We said Ummm.... no. We want this one since everything checks out. Horrible place. Wish I could give them no stars. My husband took his father's galaxy s5 after dropping it and cracking the screen. Found this place on groupon and actually called before buying the groupon and they gave the same price of $70 so there was no point of buying it. Once we got there the price went up they stated the flex cable was also damaged and when we were ready to walk out the price somehow dropped once again but we ended up paying $80. Fast forward to the next day the screen has no crack but the touch screen began to not function properly, kept freezing and was not being responsive to touch, etc. Went back to this place to be told that it was explained to us already that the screen would be replaced and not the LCD giving the phone a 50/50 chance of it actually working. I went there to get my partially cracked screen fixed...came back to a non working phone and they said they needed more time after I gave them a whole week...I then took it to Intouch wireless just a few more miles down highway 6 and they fixed it and we're great..but turned out cell spa replaced my AT&T phone with a Verizon phone!
