Not worth your time. Verizon is by far the worst phone company I've dealt with. At this location, the staff can't seem to get their act together. One salesperson will promise one thing, then another will give you a completely different story, and they're never on the same page. They make promises they just can't keep, and it feels like some employees are more interested in pocketing extra money than helping customers. Definitely switching providers. read more

Between my wife and I, we have been customers with version for over 30yrs. Traded in phones and ungraded cellular packages countless times. This was by far the worst experience I've ever had dealing with any retailer. Shady sales people, that will lie and deceive (I'm guessing for commission). This IS NOT a Verizon store, they are a 3rd party vendor that is taking advantage of people. When I went back to try to resolve the issue with them directly, they employees were verbally hostile. Took me several days, plus hours on the phone with Verizon fraud and customer service to resolve the scam they tried to pull. I would not do business here, go to an actual Verizon store. Absolute WORST customer experience my family and I have ever had dealing with a cellular provider. If any sales rep tries to sway you by promising free accessories with each line you bring over, especially a rep named MUHAMMAD RAZA, do not believe them and if you do make sure you get it in writing and signed by them. We bought two accessories for each line of six brought over and spent almost $1000 we were assured was free. We're not stupid, we know what Amazon is. Even if you appeal to upper manage at Verizon do not expect any help or consequences for those who screwed you. Our claim was rejected due to lack of proof of being lied to as Muhammad knew what he was doing and the awful customer service exist on all levels as our case representative Falicia never once talked to me in person nor answered any of my calls for over a month to discuss our case or the final decision. As soon as we are able to, my family and I will be switching back over to T-Mobile as in comparison they come off as angels. The Best Service I have ever had! I had not upgraded my phone in 5 years and certainly wasn't prepared for all the available options. Tolan provided first class service by: explaining the differences between phones so I could choose one to fit my needs, he also backed up all my data and transfered all my apps, lastly he showed me in great detail how to use my new phone! We worked with Vicente at Verizon on Mason. He was excellent in every way! He knew the best deal and told us all the details and options. He didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need. My husband had a problem with his iphone watch and iphone connecting, and Vicente stayed late to help him get that back working. He was punctual and didn't waste time. I've always been more than happy with Verizon and it's stores. This store, however, are a bunch of crooks! I was sold a device that ended up not working from the beginning. Came back to return it twice and was unsuccessful. So I decided to call Verizon directly so that they would take it back and they said the responsibility was on the store. So I went back. Apparently I'm on my 15th day with a device that doesn't work so they can't take it back. My favorite part is that they whisper to each other and or go to the back room before returning to their customers with bad news. I will never return here again. read more

I ordered a phone only to find out they require you to buy accessories whether you need them or not. To buy two phones was going to cost us $500 in "taxes and accessories." First, they don't didn't disclose this prior to ordering. Second, you can buy cheaper accessories in a lot of other places. Do not fall for it. If I could give zero stars I would. We were duped! This is not a Verizon store, it is an authorized dealer, it shows that in the name here but no where in the actual store does it say this. We were told we get 3 free accessories and were told to pick them, then were secretly charged for them as well as other fees that we were told were activation fees but they weren't. The lady was also very pushy, rude and condescending, the only reason we stayed was due to the super nice guy that helped us out. We called Verizon and they filed a formal complaint against this store because they agreed these practices are extremely shady and they did not want to be associated with that. read more
