I asked for a refund, and they said no. The clerk is snarky, and unprofessional, and will take advantage of any weakness you show. First replacement: after a minor drop, black spots appeared, spread across the display, and made half the screen unusable -- right before my trip to EDC Vegas. Took it to a shop on Hilcroft for the same price -- they gave me a 30-day warranty, and three months later, my phone is still perfect.
