My tablet screen was broken and Jeff offered to repair/replace it, but had never done it before on that particular item and wouldn't guarantee the work. I took my chances with him and he did an excellent job. It is now many years later (2024) and I've had to move to a retirement village where we have an IT department which takes care of most of our IT needs. Unfortunately my old, 5SE iPhone which I need because of manual dexterity problems, couldn't be repaired by the new, young tech and ended up in worse shape than before. The floating Home button cannot be eliminated, the regular Home button which had been difficult to push is permanently stuck. It is now Friday evening and I'll have to wait until Monday to somehow get the phone down to Peak Wireless and have Jeff and his crew work their magic on it.

Unfortunately, I have never experienced so many problems with customer service as I have recently with my TV service. The main issues are: * Lack of transparency and continuity: Each time I call in, there's no proper documentation or review of previous notes. I have to re-explain the entire situation, and nothing is followed through. * Misleading information: I was told by a technician on Sunday that the problem was a node issue. However, since then, no one has reached out, and I've received no updates or confirmation that the problem is being addressed. When I call back, I'm simply told to open another ticket instead of seeing actual progress. * Poor accountability: The service issues remain unresolved, yet Spectrum continues to collect payment without delivering the reliability or integrity expected. This is not how customer service should work. I would strongly caution others to think twice before choosing Spectrum, as customers deserve honesty, consistency, and solutions--not empty promises and repeated runarounds. Bought a 6 volt battery for my Elliptical and four months later my elliptical stopped working so I…read moretook the battery back in to be tested and they did an on-the-spot quick test and said it was fine, testing at 5.8. As a result of that, I hired an Elliptical repair man who could not find anything wrong with my Elliptical and suggested I buy a new battery and test that. Those (in-needed) service calls troubleshooting my elliptical cost $267 and guess what? My elliptical worked perfectly when I put a new battery in, so again I returned the old battery to them, which they said they needed to test overnight to see if the 6 month warranty would be applicable. Lo and behold, that battery was defective! I think they owe me more than the cost of that battery. They owe me $267 for having to hire an Elliptical repair man because they in adequately tested the battery in the first place.
