Former employee here; Management treated this place like a frat house, and played favorites. No one knew what they were doing and those of us who did, (usually me) had to pick up the slack. I was told I was going to fix cell phones and laptops. When another manager took over, I was told I would be making delieveries, merchandise transfers to Athens and all the way to Florence, battery changes in cars, and everything OTHER than what I was hired for. They advised us to lie to customers to keep them, push them into buying things they didn't need, especially the elderly, and would get in trouble if we didn't make a sale, or recommended a place who could help them, as well as other shady things. WARNING I went to the website to check on appointment times to have the battery replaced in my iPhone 13 pro max. I selected one and it offered me 10% off for scheduling online. However, when I showed up for my appointment, there was one person working and she told me she didn't know anything about phones. Said her manager was out until Monday (this was Thursday) and the ONLY other person who works on them is only there once every week or two! I got no apologies, no offer to help keep me as a customer. I was told to come back next Monday. Complete waste of time and gas! What's the point of having 30 minute appointments all day everyday IF no one is there or even trained to do the work that they offer! Unbelievably hot in store. Also parking lot is filled with pot holes. Workers were kind and apologized about it. They claim to not have any control over the thermostat. Seems to me it was over 80 degrees in there. How are they supposed to work. The only redeeming quality was the knowledge staff and their quick service. read more

I went there on a Friday afternoon at 5:30 pm. Store closes at 6:00. Needed a car battery. Got a price from a lady working there, didn't like it, but I had to have a battery. We went outside to look at the car to make sure it's the right one. Male worker also went with us. By now it's 5:35. He informs me that it was so close to closing time that he just couldn't do it that day. He said my best option was to go down the street to Advance Auto Parts. Really?? Can't put in a battery in 25 minutes? I'm a fairly frequent customer but no more. He just blew me off. read more

Bought 8 batteries in a years time, one is faulty they claim is my fault. I figure if someone spends $1000 a year that's a customer you want to try and keep. Instead they forget to put the phone on hold and you can hear them talking about you. Make the drive to Huntsville much better customer service. read more
